I use the knife to cut vegetables and fruits more easily since it is the right weight and size for doing the job. The knife is sharp, but I do not know how long the sharpness will last since I have only had it for less than a month. The knife seems to be well taken care of, as instructed by the seller. However, I noticed there was a line of scratch on the knife and didn't know what it meant. When I realized it had to do with the sleeve guard that came with the knife, the scratch line matched exactly to the rectangular opening on the back of the blade. Make sure you use a good knife guard to protect your knife so it stays nice and shiny.
