The finish and fit are impeccable. Comfort and looks at the same time! I love how easy it is As I geared up to prepare a meal for 14, I found myself smiling and grining. Every penny spent on this knife is worth it. Not a regret to be had.
This is my second time purchasing knives from Enso/Yaxell. Due to the fact that they do not advertise as much as their competitors, you will get a better value for the money. My nakiri is used even more than my gyuto knife, for some reason.
Having a great knife in the kitchen adds a lot of fun and confidence to cooking. It should also be noted that this is a real Japanese kitchen knife, rather than something that pretends to be Japanese. Since I took it last Christmas, cutting has become much more fun than before, so I've begun cooking more frequently. Several weeks ago, when my wife tried to cut onions with an old knife, she was shocked to realize she had been using such a blunt knife in our kitchen for so many years.
I got it razor sharp, it holds an edge really well.
My skills aren't as advanced as those of a professional chef. There is no such thing as this The situation is too complex for kids. This knife is beautiful, you won't regret buying it. As long as the knife is taken care of, you are going to be very happy for the rest of your life. Purchase it now if you are hesitating!.
After 3 months of use, the pens still feel great in my hand, are beautiful, and are still sharp. My knife is now the first thing I reach for when I need something.
By far and away the best! You're the best! A balance of craftsmanship, precision, and I consider these knives to be my favorite. Preparing and cooking food is much more enjoyable with the right knife. There are now three of them. Finished the first in the set and am now working toward the rest.
It's absolutely razor This handle is comfortable to hold. I like the way you look. This knife is way, way too many for me to use.
