It is very hard to tell that it is a $100 + knife if you had no idea what you paid for it. When I pulled it out of the packaging and held it, I was I like that it isn't a cheaply made knife. The handle is extremely comfortable, and the weight is well balanced. This tool is so comfortable to hold, and gives you the confidence to chop and slice foods with ease. I would not be hesitant to recommend this item because it is a gem at this.
