According to the specs on Amazon, the device was manufactured by A sticker on the blade reads "Mueller, Austria" and the blade itself is inscribed "Austria". The only thing I know is that.
There is only one thing printed on the cleaver that Made of German steel, it is inspired by Chinese style cleavers. There is little to complain about in terms of its edge holding. The products that I saw did not appear to be Chinese made.

A Cleaver knife like this is awesome! The handle is made of beautiful wood, and the blade is heavy and substantial, but it glides and chops like a dream! I have been cooking a lot more lately, and I don't have a Wustof knife I can easily use to cut meat. I used it for the first time tonight for my honey ham stir fry. I thought it got great reviews and was a great price. Not only did it chop garlic, cilantro, carrots, and onions with ease, but it also cut ham with ease. I didn't have to saw cut This is a really great product for chefs at home. It is really worth the price! Additionally, the knife is absolutely stunning!.
I really like it! From the moment this knife was opened, it was very sharp. I like the way it looks and feels like it is good My one complaint is that the handle does not feel as heavy to me as I would like, which throws the balance off a little. I like the heft to it, but it doesn't work great. The only thing I can say about edge retention is that I've only had it a few days, so I can't speak to that, but overall I am very satisfied with it.
It's an awesome tool that makes it so easy to split chicken wings like they are made of potatoes (AND he also used the same knife for cutting carrots and celery There is no end to how often I see this cleaver being used. That is the best gift I have ever received! team at Müeller for making this possible!.
This product was purchased after looking over several Japanese cleavers, too, I really thought I would be buying one of them for a much higher price. When I saw this pup available as an alternate, I decided I would risk 20 bucks rather than pay 4x as much for something that was so much more expensive. *what a great decision. . . I wanted to butcher meaties with it. It worked like a charm when I called it "meat chickens" Through slicing the skin like melted butter to cutting through the breastbone and the backbone, this surgery is nothing short of brilliant. As if by magic, it happened! Did it really go all the way through the bone that quickly. Yes, of course! I hope it will slice vegetables and the like just as sharply and keep the edge as well. As far as I know, there can't be any wrong with this one as far as I know at this point. I may update in 6 months or so if I have the time.
I like this cleaver a lot. You can really slice thinly with it. Upon receiving it, I tried it out on tomatoes and onions and was very pleased with the outcome. With this cleaver, I will have the convenience of using it every day. The reviewer "Jon" who wrote that it is a little less efficient than his Wusthof is much appreciated! My decision to purchase it was influenced by this.
In my opinion, this is one of the most useful knives I have! I use it both for meat and veggies most of the time. Last night I roasted a roast of vegetables along with it and I could slice it so easily! We liked how easy it was to hold and how easy it was to handle. As you can imagine, when you cut more there is the possibility of slippage. However, the grip was excellent. With a very sharp knife, you can begin cutting right away. As far as I know, the fiancée keeps the knife in the box for 'special cutting situations' as she calls them now since this knife has been able to deal with whatever we've thrown at it until now. The carpet does not stain as easily as other carpets. There are some knives stains on our other items such as strawberries and.
Quite a sharp piece of equipment. The great ergonomic handle on this machine ensures that you can grasp it properly and enjoy a good grip. During the operation, I was able to slice the bone of my left index finger close to the skin. Having to drive myself to the ER, I waited in the ER with my finger wrapped in ice for 2 hours until it could be stitched. There is a part of my finger that is numb and sensitive, it hurts when it is bumped into something, and one of the tendons is permanently damaged. There is nothing wrong with this device it does its job well.
It wasn't right for me, it was too small, so I returned it. She ended up writing just that! Let's say goodbye. I'm with you.
