Questions & Answers

What are the manufacturing locations for this product?

Upon viewing the official Rachel Ray website, it appears that this product is made in Thailand. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the false guarantee that is provided. Over the course of about six months, the enamel on the outside became dingy, and the finish on the inside began to chip, peel, and flake In the past, I have sent back a couple of these really bad pieces to Meyer Corporation, and they did not replace them or honor the warranty. As a result of using too much heat and improper utensils, they said my cooking had been destroyed. As I have a gas stove, I used medium to low heat and some nylon cooking implements from Rachel Ray's collection. With my age, I have used a wide variety of cookware Many are covered with protective films such as Teflon and other non-stick materials It's good to stick to the This was the first time it had ever happened to me. Cookware needs to be replaced every six months because I can't afford it. So I will not purchase any products distributed by the Meyer Corporation, and I hope Rachel Ray is aware of this so her reputation does not get hurt by such bad products.

They can be used on Nuwave PIC, right?

There is no way to use it on an induction cooktop. There are basically three types of cookware that Rachel Ray uses. The following materials may be used stainless steel (including colored stainless), hard anodized II, and porcelain enamel The stainless steel sets are the only ones that can be used Aluminum is the base construction of Hard Anodized II and Porcelain Enamel II, so they can't be used on induction stoves. There is a full line of Rachael Ray cookware at my local Macy's. As I searched for a large non-stick cookware set, I took a strong magnet with me to the store and tested it on multiple sets of cookware A stick stockpot that can be used on an induction stove. Even though I knew the magnet would not work on the Rachael Ray tv, Still, I tried it anyway, and she couldn't get it to stick to any of her non-stick surfaces It is best to use nonstick Her stainless steel set was compatible with the magnet.

Do the hard anodized sets I and II differ from one another?

It is possible to place the II in the dishwasher but not the I.

Does the non-profit have an impact Can you tell me if the stick is PFOA-free?

It does not say that it is PFOA, so I can't honestly answer that. The only thing you need to know is that it is PTFE.

There is a teflon peeling This is my first purchase of these pans in nearly 2 years
3/5

It was necessary for me to write a review to tell future buyers not to waste their It has not even been two years since the Teflon coating on the largest main frying pan has begun to wear off. Our pots have been handled so carefully that we are amazed at their failure to hold up to No metal is ever used on them, they are washed gently, and they are never stacked. I'm really disappointed in the product. It's disappointing to have to buy a new set after only a few months. This shouldn't be an issue forever. This is not something you should buy!.

The advertised product was exactly as described
5/5

All in all, I'm satisfied with the service I received. Negative reviews should not be taken as a sign of quality. It might have either happened or it might not have Originally, the reviewer had told false details about the purchase of 3rd party used equipment. The reviews are either fake or not true. Out of the box, these pieces of cookware are relatively good. The maker of the product telling you it's made in the USA should not be trusted. Manufacturers of these products are located offshore. Having been in business myself, I am too familiar with the smell of offshore goods. There is an odor related to them that is only found in Taiwanese factories. This product has a fainter ring when compared to the original. You can see in a few of my pictures that the lids have soap scum stains on them. This is likely due to the food grade nature of the product itself requiring stricter QC on the cleanliness of the product. Arriving almost flawlessly, they were a hit with everyone. It was almost impossible to detect micro abrasions on the biggest pot. The pictures above make it nearly impossible to identify. A manufacturing defect is likely to be the cause. A mold that is used to shape this aluminum is likely nearing the end of its lifespan, which means it will continue to mar the products made for a longer period of time. We are crossing our fingers that Rachel will want to protect her credibility enough to spend the additional money to furnish the factory with new molds for her product.

I purchased the 10pc set because I did not want the large variety provided by My overall impression is that I am extremely pleased with what I The quality of Rachel's product is way above the old camping trailer set I currently have, and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a better cookware set. You won't be disappointed.

Make sure you are aware of your purchase! It seems that the manufacturer will not honor the Rachel Ray's cookware is manufactured by Meyer, a company which does not honor its warranties
3/5

I am experiencing warping in the bottom of my 5-quart saute pan, and though they have offered to replace it, they will not give me the same item. It is still being made, but because it is part of a set, they won't send it to me. The set was a nice find! I have no idea how this is possible! Their proposal is to send me an uninsulated small skillet without a lid which is not comparable at all. Rachel Ray products will be sold to me for the last time, I will never purchase A brand with a solid reputation will be a good pick for me.

An advertising scheme that misleads consumers about the warranty
3/5

It's really stupid to play with these pots, like for little girls. I find it ridiculous to reduce the size of pot sets if they are to be kept as decoration or for use in the kitchen. This is false advertising when the warranty is "life time" but they use every excuse under the sun to not replace.

The shattered items were great until they busted
3/5

Up until the glass lid shattered into my posole, I liked this set a lot. No problem if outside is a bit scratched, food didn't stick, and it was easy to clean and cook with it. I bought the set less than two years ago (April 2016) and tonight as I was cooking posole on the low simmer, I heard a pop and walked into the kitchen to find that the lid had shattered like safety glass, so I had to throw the whole pot away. In my correspondence with the company, the company states clearly that the lids are "shatterproof. ". The short answer is "No. ".

It's the best cookware I've ever owned
5/5

I love how easy it is to clean! There's nothing I like about this cookware, there's only something I love about it! There are so many types of cookware out there that I have tried trying to find one that lives up to The one you want is this. A 10 inch skillet was the first thing I bought to see how well As it turned out, I decided to purchase this 10 piece set and I As a result, my cooks evenly and cleans like a dream. This is exactly what I've been looking for Rachel, thank you for giving this gift to cooks all over the world. There's nothing I would rather do than be happy. In fact, even the Chef in my family is impressed by the quality of the food.

The bag was smaller than anticipated
4/5

I really like the look of this set. There are several pieces that are very small in comparison to what was expected. I took a picture to show the difference between my older and newer The fault lies with me because I probably should have taken a measuring tape with me. This seems to be a really nice quality. I am looking forward to using.

It's perfect for a young family or someone who does not have a lot of money
5/5

According to my expectations, they are exactly what I This is a great first set for a new family or someone who abuses their pots and As a result of a large amount of cooking and jacking my pans up, I'm on my third set. These are perfect if you don't mind buying another set (always on sale) in 3 or so years if I don't have to be too responsible. I love the way the lids fit perfectly and the handles are so There is a possibility that the handles of the sauce pans may get a little hot. These small pans are simply perfect for eggs, and they are It's an easy job to clean this bed! A stacked bag is easy to use.
