Cast iron, so I was prepared. You should be able to use your utensils without any problems. on the cookers on today under heating power (Thai red curry with tofu!) ) cooked with the skillet today on our induction cooktop and the dish turned out good (thai red curry with tofu)! This product has so far been a great success for me. My goal is to follow up after 6 months with a second review.

Because the 2 and 3 inch are so useless, I am now realizing I should not have been given the 4 inch set. Nevertheless, my review focuses more on why I shouldn't get it. As a result of the rough texture, seasoning can take an extended time to build, so make sure to sprinkle at least 4 times when cutting it in half once it reaches a baking temperature of 400. As you may know, I did only 1, and because I cooked only with my friend's house appliances (like an oven) so I took my 2 hours home. Make a stick of seasoning to keep it fresh. As you may have noticed, the surface is hard as nails, so there are no straight lines. A seasoning can fill the cracks of Microunpaved bread. This may not be enough detectable, since the seasoning is going to start being unevenly formed over these large bumps as well. Surfaces that are very hard to flaten. I can't tell whether the microwave works with my induction burner or the pan, though I see it hot in the center frequently. The heat retained by the machine does not get distributed as effectively as it could on the cast iron burner, although I thought it could.

An excellent starter set for kids. You can also separate the lid from the skillet. No if you don't have cast iron from before now, but the fact that you comply with the rules of cast iron and have something to be excited about isn't too bad either. Is there one negative sign, two downsides, and a tom, THE DOWNSIDE, THE problem? Preseasoned ground is indicated. Think again, seasons out every piece one time, each one. Does there need to be better cast iron out there? It's great to build a flavor with this iron. yes, but the price is reasonable.

I was fooled by an advertisement that was false!! Dividing up the set is what you get for two skillets, not the full amount. Please don't order from this company.

I use an oil made of good cast iron. As long as they have been seasoned, I season them. You can even heat the liquid even if there is nothing stuck in them. As both cooking pots and dutch ovens, this one is excellent. Bean pots for the first time. There was no trouble; it turned out great. When the 10" skillet was cooked, refried beans fell out. The job was done very well. The rinse just made sure the liquid is perfect. I didn't need to have even touched it at all.

once it's been seasoned properly, it's great. It is very nice to have this rack as well. Moreover, the scraper that comes with it is very nice. If only the silicone handles were longer they'd last a lot longer. I have used a 10" or 12" skillet for the past 30 days with the silicone handles that have become no longer attractive. In addition to fried eggs, the skillet can be used to cook a ribeye and serve other foods. Dutch ovens are great for baking bread and making bagels. Purchasing silicone handles would be the best decision to make but should be replaced after purchasing some new hardware.

Despite not being seasoned, it was crazy for three of the "preseasoned" pans. Although it soaked up the excess oil well by drying it after cleaning, it heated it on the stove to assure that the oil was evenly distributed, and then lightly oiled. Even so, I am not sure that this one will last as long as the others. We would not recommend the set, as we did not believe it to be worth the money.
