That's so cool! There is nothing that sticks to them, they are silky smooth. Plus, they can be placed in the dishwasher. It has been only a few weeks since I bought them, but I am happy with them! After cooking 4 eggs on the griddle, I added a picture of it. The surface is not sticky at all! I am impressed by the reasonable price of this.

As you can see in the pictures, the flat skillet I noticed when I opened the box at Christmas had a little warp to it, and I used it to sear a roast today, and heck yeah, it's warped again! In fact, I did think about returning the pan set, but for one of the pans it seemed excessive seeing how the other ones are working fine.
