With the Ecolution Easy Clean Cookware, you can do it in just 2 minutes. We use a 2mm gauge for the fry pans and griddles and a 2.5mm gauge for the griddle. In other words, the saucepans and Dutch ovens have a gauge of 0mm.

A lack of quality control coupled with cheap quality

It is a good choice for a pots and pans set that has a good variety of sizes. It seems that the Amazon packing department did not notice the totally dented 5 quart pan, which made the lid unfit. The quality control seems to be lacking with Amazon's packing. A note about the packaging it was not damaged during shipping. As mentioned above, this was a light weight set for an RV that would have otherwise been suitable for the application. I will not try to exchange because of the fear of having the same problem as before. The delay is very frustrating since the set I needed is not available yet. I'm going to try a different set from a brand I'm more familiar with to get.

The item you are buying shouldn't be purchased

It came with a broken handle on the lid the first time I received it. As it happened, the lid was also broken on the original box. I exchanged it for another one and it was in the same state. I thought it might have something to do with me at first. There may be a need to tighten it. That's not the case it has snapped completely off. It's so boring to hear "you get what you pay for. ". Regardless of how much I pay, I expect to receive an item that is complete, undamaged, and in working order. We have a growing problem with the garbage from China. I would advise you not to purchase this item.

I am disappointed

Rather dissatisfied with the service. I used a wooden spatula the first time I used the griddle, and I left a deep scratch on I am unsure of how well the other options will work since I have not yet used them. If possible, I would like to have the griddle replaced. The cleaners do a great job and are easy to work with.

The quality control was poor

The item arrived in good condition, but the quantity was too small. 5 quarts of water and a sauce pan. There is an issue with the Dutch oven pan, and the lids of the pan are not secure. My guess is that this is not a result of a poor shipping process but is caused by poor quality control at the Not happy at all with the purchase, should have listened to the other reviews.

The only one complaint I have is one of the larger skillet pans does not sit quite flat because it has a crease on the side and the lid will not fit on it. When they are great, then they are truly Despite their weight, they do not feel heavy at all. You will not believe how easy it is to clean them! They are so smooth I swear nothing will stick to them.

They arrived with pots and lids that were broken and bent

Bent pans and pieces (lid) of the lid were delivered. I am very disappointed in the whole situation. The pot appears to be permanently bent because I am unable to use a different lid on it. There is a huge problem with the Make sure you are buying what you need.

What the heck

Aluminum pans are usually not something I would buy myself, except that when my shoulders are hurting, I would buy them. The weight of the set needs to be light until I can lift more than five pounds without straining my back. I think that for what I need it for, these pans are great but it's highly probable that they will only last as long as I need them to. In addition, I have already duffed the side of the pan I have shown since this is only my second time cooking with it. It hasn't even been a week since I got it. What should I do, should I return it and not be able to eat home cooked food or should I return it and get a better quality but lighter one?.
