I was able to ruin my fry pan within a few months of use. A representative from All Clad was sent to review and determine if we could replace the pan In addition to not responding to calls or emails, no one answers the phones. It took them 4 months to respond and explain that, while I had already received the replacement pan as part of the warranty, they could not replace it. Okay, that's fine with me. However, four months have slipped by and I'm still waiting for the return of my pan. I've contacted you and emailed you, but neither of them have responded. After I paid $500+ for this set of three half-assed pans, I expected a little more service. It's the last product I'll ever buy from ALL CLAD.

I am a chef, and these pans were something I was hoping to purchase. I have never had a worse set of pans. Despite the number of times I have cleaned and stuck, nothing has come Despite my desire to return the items, I do not think they'll return to me. Over the last three years I have owned three restaurants, many of them I have owned for over 40 years. You have to believe me when I say these are the worst. They discolour, they stick, and after less than a month, they already look old. This pan has destroyed my passion for cooking, and I can't express how much I dislike it. Their customer service department is a joke and won't answer you, and if you email them they give you a dubbed response that they've already posted online and has nothing to do with my query. Two pictures have also been sent to them at different times. MAKE SURE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS NOT WASTED.

One time I used it and it became In addition to lifetime warranties, they said they did not cover stains and that when you use their pans for the first time, they turn blue, yellow, or purple. I called the company because they said lifetime warranties, but they said they didn't cover stains. It is the first time I have heard of it. My explanation for the discoloration is that cheaper pans don't do it this expensive one does. this is better since it is more efficient. The idea is absurd. There is nothing to be proud of in this pan. Once you use them, they must be discarded and are so sticky that nothing can be cooked with them. There is only one thing they can do to keep the water from being spoiled, and that is to boil.

There is, however, one caveat I would like to mention. You will have an absolute nightmare removing eggs from these things if you cook eggs in them. There will still be a sticking problem, no matter how much olive oil you put in the pan to prevent this. It will take a great deal of time and effort to clean up afterwards.
