A cooktop that uses induction would be interesting to me. This is a stainless steel pan I have a glass flat top cooktop, and it works fine. I have read that the pan for induction must contain steel, and this is stainless steel, so I guess I should try it.
Unlike most pans, this pan has a flat bottom and very gently rounded edges. It whisks well and is a pan we use often. I think you want a saucepan that is suitable for whisking, i.e. one that is saucier. You can find many double boiler recipes on saucier, but I am not sure if you can find a double boiler version.
I'm not sure what it says, but the bottom of the pot clearly states 'Rostfrei. Perhaps you can look into where they manufacture their pots.
There is a brand stamp on the bottom that reads 'Rostfrei'. If you are interested in learning more about the company, I suggest you do some research.

Due to the bottom of the top pot being WAY too close to the bottom of the bottom pot, I had to return this because I needed it to melt chocolate/candy. The chocolate I was eating was constantly getting too hot. The burner is always on, no matter what the It was quick to process the refund. That's great! Thanks a lot!.
There might be a chance of boiling the bottom pot if the bottom pan doesn't hold enough water (or if the top pan sits too deep) An unfamiliar stove can be intimidating, especially if you don't know the controls. I still think The product is of good quality and worth purchasing It is the best I have seen. Observations / Tips A great way to cook rice is to boil 2 cups of water in the bottom (covered) while adding the rice on top (following the instructions for the rice you chose). Place the top pot (covered) over the boiling water, reduce heat to a gentle boil, and cook for 25 to 30 minutes It may take 30 minutes (depending on how long you cook your rice). The heat needs to be turned off. You can serve as soon as possible or allow it to sit as long as you need.
Within one hour of receiving it, I had it in use. My needs are best met by its smaller size. They get hot from the handles, and that is the only negative. In the box, there is a warning However, be careful when doing so. The surface of this product is easily cleaned.

The pan itself is not the most durable or best in quality, but it does its job.
