In contrast to my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the plastic covers seal completely and maintain food freshness better than I Additionally, my Corning Ware dishes are so old that I am thrilled to have found lids since their original glass lids have long since been.
In my microwave, a five quart dish got melted owing to a clear plastic lid. My package shipped fast, within days of Christmas. I did not expect it to ship during Christmas. I am very pleased with the service and product I received.
A lid like this fits most of Over the past 40+ years, it appears the shape and size of the handle became different on the casserole. There's no problem fitting the lid around the perimeter, but it does not cover the handles fully.
