The fit was very precise, the colors were very trendy, but the material was Our family bought a set of Pyrex bowls and plastic lids for food storage in the mists of time
3/5

The lids cracked after about a year of use, even though they were great. In the end, we found ourselves with a set of glass bowls that had no lids at all. Replacement lids that fit perfectly are available in an assortment of designer colors, though they are rather expensive. On the other hand, the bowls don't hold on to foil or plastic very well, and the plastic lids are just more convenient, so every couple of years we replace broken ones. the lids are hand washed, but crack still occurs. In spite of that, I still highly recommend these lids for PYREX bowls that PS

Our three sets of Pyrex lids so far haven't survived three sets of glass bowls with plastic lids made by frigovir. They have lids that do not fit the Pyrex bowls, but we will buy the Frigovirs after we get enough use out of the Pyrex ones. Please accept my apologies for steering business away from your company- This is corning. Would it be possible to lengthen the shelf life of the lids?.

A pair of these will fit the 7402 PYREX/pyrex bowls carved with sculpted patterns
5/5

It was just what I needed for my old PYREX/pyrex Sculptured bowls these worked perfectly! Because they have a "Storage" emblem on the top, I wasn't sure what those were. There are two kinds of Sculptured bowls mixing or serving bowls with ribbed edges. PYREX or lower case Pyrex? Why should we use this? Porous glass called borosilicate is used to make original Pyrex. In recent years, lower case pyrex has been made with soda lime glass that is tempered. As of today, PYREX is still made with borosilicate glass in France. The two types of glass each have their advantages and disadvantages. The article is well worth reading.

That replacement cover is great! These covers have only been microwaved a couple of times, but, based on the fact that I have only used them twice, they seem to be much better quality than the originals that came Their rigidity seems to return more quickly to their original state when heated, and they do not appear to soften as much
5/5

I'm hoping everything will work out! In some cases, these tops might last longer than the originals. You are very kind to make them available to us.

This is the perfect replacement lid for Pyrex
5/5

Pyrex dish lid replacements that fit well. After years of use and dishwasher abuse, some old lids cracked and did not fit as well as they once did. Please do your research before placing your order, since there are multiple Pyrex dishes, each with a different lid, and it is not common for all lids to have a part number Making it even harder if you have no lid to begin with on your Pyrex dish.

I have no problems using them in my Pyrex bowls. I will no longer have cracked lids. If the lids wear out, it is nice to find replacements so that you do not have to buy a whole new set of containers. I will no longer have cracked lids.
