There is no doubt that these canning accessories are of high quality, and the value is amazing. You would have to pay twice as much for these quality items separately. The price was so good that I thought I would take a chance and order. It was my understanding that if I received them and they were of poor quality I would return them and be honest when describing them. This is a very good set. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!.

In my opinion, it gets a 4 because the magnetic tool used to lift the lids is also used to remove air bubbles while taking a breath. It would have been more practical for me to use the ball tool instead of the jar tightener and jar brush, because it measures head space and removes air bubbles so much more efficiently and effectively. The pressure canner was put to use after I received these. It was discovered I could not use my electric stove to pressure can. It was found that these were in the canner when we returned the pressure cooker. The person I spoke with on the phone said they would contact me as soon as they learned I had returned these items. There was no one who I returned the pressure cooker in which they were found. My only problem is that I do not own these items. We wanted to get them back, but we weren't able to.

When it comes to products, I prefer Ball Despite the bottle brush, I lurked in this one. Ball's products are also of the same high quality I find with them. Rather than trying to grasp my lids with my tongs, I use the magnet to grab them out of the water. The funnel would be the only change I would make. This plastic one is too simple for me since I prefer my metal or ball adjustable I am very satisfied with my purchase, except for that.

As I already have two funnels, I did not need to buy all of them. It is far easier to operate the magnetic lid grabber and bottle grips, however.

The one thing I didn't expect to use at all is the magnetic wand, but it turns out it is my favorite tool. This is great for scooping lids that are soaking in hot water baths. There's no evidence of any problems with the construction of anything.
