Most matcha flavors appeal to me; Instead of "seaweed," the flavor is more grassy and herbal.

For the health benefits, I switched from coffee to green tea, and I found that this tea made me feel much better (calming effect) than some of the other brands I tried at first. Every morning, I make green tea lattes with two table spoons of very hot water and a cup of green tea. I stir it after a minute or two to ensure that there are no clumps. After that, I add a splash of whipping cream and some hot almond milk to the mix. Yum!.
My adrenals, on the other hand, are less fried, and I'm sleeping better. I'm not a matcha expert, but I did some research because I didn't want to buy low-quality matcha, but I also didn't want to spend a lot of money (which is possible with matcha). This is something I've been buying for a few weeks and I'm really enjoying it! I believe it strikes a good balance between price and quality.
So I'm not a huge matcha expert or fan, so I can't really comment on the flavor. It tasted like a sea weedy kind of thing, smooth but not bitter, and definitely unami. I'm not fond of it. Then there's the matcha hype; if it's for the energetic calming effects, sure, but if it's for the antioxidant claims, let's set the record straight: sencha (grown in the sun) has way more antioxidants, but people usually seep it, so it's less vs. consuming powdered leaf (matcha). However, powdered sencha is available to drink, which would solve this problem. So, if you enjoy matcha for its flavor culture and energetic effects, this is a great option and probably the best bang for your buck, as matcha can be quite costly. If you're looking for antioxidants, however, don't follow the crowd and opt for powdered sencha.
It is advantageous to your health. I only consume it because I know it is beneficial to my health! After you've cut the grass and weeded, it tastes like water in a 5 gallon bucket. It was surrounded by food. What's more, it appears to be getting even worse! But, you know what? It's good for me, and it keeps me from getting hungry during my long fasts!.
I've recently become a matcha latte devotee and was looking for a more affordable matcha option on a daily basis. I was told that using ceremonial grade for lattes was a waste, so I figured this matcha, which is a blend of first and second harvest, would be the solution. . . . Possibly because my taste buds have been spoiled, but this matcha was flavorless, even when I used twice the amount.
This is advertised as ceremonial in the description, but the product information at the bottom only states it as culinary grade. br>I thought I was saving money by getting this brand instead of paying $11 or so for 1oz of another brand. br>This is advertised as ceremonial in the description, but the product information at the bottom only states it as culinary grade. This would account for the "blandness" and straightforward "green water" flavor. I'm not convinced.
It also has a pleasant flavor and blends well. no lumps. My only wish is that it were a little less expensive. However, this will not deter me from placing another order.
This Matcha tea is of excellent quality. Teavana used to be where I got my Matcha, but they don't have any stores anymore. The rich brilliant green color also indicates that it is of high quality. The flavor is perfect, and it's delectable. I also bought the sweet matcha tea packets, which are delicious as well.
