Jasmine tea is my go-to beverage
5/5

Over the last few years, I've ordered this 100-count box several times. It's my go-to jasmine/green fragrance. A few observations about the product/reviewers/reviewersbr>br>Packaging - It's just a cardboard box with 100 tea bags in it. I'm not sure why people are upset that it doesn't come in a nicer box like the 20ct that you can buy in stores. If it makes that much of a difference, go ahead and buy 5 x 20ct. br>br>Variation - Yes, it smells like flowers, but I'm not sure how some people can buy a 100ct box of this "Jasmine Blossom" tea without knowing what it's about and then give it a low rating because of it. It smells and tastes just like any other Jasmine tea I've ever had; I never got the impression it was "artificial. " It might not be as strong if you're used to drinking jasmine "pearls," but I've never found the flavor to be "bad," as some others claim. **If steeped in hot water for an extended period of time, it will inevitably become bitter. If you're not satisfied with the flavor, try varying the steeping times. When I cold brew for a few hours, I have no problems. *
br>Be aware of your surroundings. The strength and flavor of the product varies from batch to batch. Within the box/batch, it's consistent, but orders vary in strength. Which is understandable, but if you've had the tea before and are expecting a specific strength/taste, be aware that when making a batch, you may need to adjust steeping times or use more or fewer bags. **I usually make a pitcher of cold brew using three different types of tea. Depending on the batch's strength, 4 tea bags may be required. When I make a single cup of hot tea, I only steep it for a minute or two*
br>Green tea - It's a green tea with jasmine. All Jasmine tea, as far as I'm aware, is some kind of tea with jasmine added to it. Unless you've steeped your own jasmine flowers (which can be purchased as "dried jasmine buds/petals," not "tea"), it's unlikely you've ever had jasmine tea that didn't contain actual tea leaves. br>br>Staples are not required. I've read a few reviews about staples, but I've never given it much thought because I've seen a lot of different tea bags with staples since I was a kid. You'd also expect them to use stainless steel, just like the spoon you're probably using to stir your tea or the utensils you use to cook or eat with. In any case, the most recent batch I received has none, so there's no need to be concerned if that was a concern. **I suppose the concern now is that the bags will open up or that the tab will fall off too easily because it isn't stapled.

Not in a good way! For almost two decades, I've been purchasing STASH Jasmine Green tea. By far the most widely available true jasmine tea has always been this one. I noticed a batch that tasted a little "off" about 6 months ago, but I still finished the box. It simply didn't have the same flavor as previous batches. As I previously stated, I have been drinking it every day for nearly 20 years and am confident in my assertion. It's one of my favorite teas. br>The packaging on the next batch, which arrived unexpectedly, was different. However, as someone with a marketing background, I was unconcerned. Until I tried my first tea bag, and then, whoa, whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa WOW, this is a VERY DIFFERENT tea. It doesn't smell or taste like jasmine at all, and it tastes and smells like strong soap. Amazon was kind enough to refund my money and send me a new box, so I was able to get back to the original I'd grown to love and rely on. br>Fast forward to last month, and I can only get the "new" version because STASH refuses to admit it's "new," and there's no way to order the original. br>Recent reviews that claim it has a wonderful floral jasmine scent may not know what jasmine is supposed to smell like; there is no way this "new" version of the tea was processed with ACTUAL jasmine flowers. br>Since then, I've purchased a very expensive loose jasmine tea with no bags, and I can tell you that every time I open that package, I get the TRUE scent of jasmine; the problem is that it's VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. Please return your original jasmine tea to the stash! br>br> Because of their deceptive marketing, I will no longer purchase any STASH products. And. Returns are no longer accepted by Amazon. Both of you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Green tea that is delicious and comes in a handy package
5/5

I purchased a box to store in my workplace. This is a fine green tea that reminds me of the loose-leaf variety. During my time in Asia, I drank a lot of leaf tea. br>br>I've noticed that some reviewers say it's weak and that they have to steep it for a long time; I believe these reviewers are accustomed to low-quality teas. Green teas of exceptional quality with a powerful first steep. In some cultures, throwing out the first steep of green tea is referred to as "awakening" the tea because it is too harsh. This tea begins with a high-quality first steep, and a single bag can be steeped multiple times. In my opinion, this is the way green tea should be. br>br>I'm comparing this Stash brand green tea favorably to Trader Joe's brand green tea and Bigelow brand green tea when it comes to green teas without added flavors that come in bags. In comparison to the other two, the Trader Joe's brand is harsh and overwhelming, while the Bigelow brand is a notch lower in quality than Stash but still a decent tea. Stash is now my favorite; while these tea bags cannot compare to loose leaf green tea prepared in the traditional manner, they do provide a similar experience. This is a brand that I will most likely purchase in the future.

Green tea with mint is one of our favorites! The mint flavor is strong and delicious
5/5

Our grocery store stopped carrying this tea a few months ago, and I had no idea it would be the same, or cheaper, on Amazon! The cost varies by a few cents depending on the price at the time of shipment. Advantages: br>br>
- It's a fantastic cup of tea.
- The flavor is strong and minty, unlike some others.
- Instead of herbal tea, green tea is used.
- Cons: Individually wrapped bagsbr>br>Pros: Individually wrapped bagsbr>br>Pros: Individually wrapped bagsbr>br
- Is this, in fact, a con? It's loosely packed in a box in bulk. This isn't packaged to look pretty or fit in your cupboard, which isn't really a drawback. )br>br>I was pleasantly surprised by how good Stash tea is for the price; other brands cost a lot more per bag, and I'm always disappointed by how weak they are. Stash's sampler box, which comes with around 30 flavors, is something I highly recommend. Stash is about a dollar cheaper per box than the competition in our area, which is a significant savings for someone who drinks a lot of tea.
