Questions & Answers

What do you mean by ryokucha mena s?

In Japanese, ryokucha translates to "greek tea."

Is this tea made from organically grown ingredients?

It's unlikely that it's organically certified. It appeals to me because it is Japanese. It has a bright green flavor and appears to be opulent.

Each tea bag contains how much caffeine?

I looked in the box, but it didn't say anything. Sorry.

Is there any advice on how to make iced green tea with this brand (number of bags, timing, etc.)?

That is something I am not sure about. I prefer my coffee hot. For a 6 oz cup, I use 1 bag. It would most likely work for 8 oz as well. I'm guessing 8 bags will yield 2 quarts, but green tea can become bitter if steeped for too long.

Itoen's Kirkland brand is definitely a step up in quality
5/5

This tea is made by the same company that makes Kirkland brand Matcha Green Tea Bags, so I ordered it to compare the two. It's twice the price of Kirkland brand Matcha Green Tea Bags, so I ordered it to do a taste test. I wanted to make sure it was worth the Costco variety's store price. The first thing I noticed was that there was a lot more Macha dust in the tea, which made it cloudier and greener, as you can see in the photo. The Kirkland brand, which is clearly lighter green, is on the left. Although the Kirkland brand has a pleasant flavor, the Itoen Ryokucha is sweeter and more robust. Is it worth twice the price? I recommend giving it a try if you enjoy green tea, can afford it, and have the patience to wait a month for delivery.

Get the Japanese version of this game! BETTER
3/5

I ordered Ito En because I was looking for the best matcha green tea. I purchased both the Japanese and American editions. The Japanese version is on the left, while the American version is on the right. 1. br>br> The tea bags in the Japanese version are completely filled, whereas the tea bags in the US version are only partially filled. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br In comparison to the US version, the Japanese version is much more green. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. The Japanese have a much more matcha-like taste than we do in the United States. VERDICT - br>br> Get the Japanese version of this game!.

The BEST
5/5

WOW. This is truly outstanding! I'm guessing this is just a high-grade sencha with some matcha powder, but the flavor is close to the vegetal goodness of higher-grade sencha. Gyokuro gyokuro gyokuro gyokuro The brew is about the same color as the box it comes in when it comes to color. The bags are small nylon pyramids that you swirl around in the cup and are packaged in plastic/foil pouches. For best results, brew at 175o F for 30 seconds or so. br>br>I'm assuming they don't sell this stuff in the United States (at least not in any store near me)? Likewise, the Ito- Costco's Kirkland green tea isn't quite as good as this (it's similar, but not identical). br>br>My advice to Ito is as follows: Do not re-enter En (or any other Japanese tea house). Your Japanese teas should be labeled with your company's logo. Simply export the same items that you sell in Japan to the United States. That is exactly what we are looking for!.

Matcha tea made in Japan
5/5

This is the place to go if you're looking for authentic Japanese matcha tea. There are no products from China or the United States. Only Japan produces genuine matcha. I'm not going to comment on the flavor because everyone's tastes are different. Of course, the flavor of this one appeals to me. Even the bag, which feels high quality, is a good indicator of the product's high quality. When you dip the bag up and down, even the shape encourages spinning. Just be careful who you buy it from, because those from Japan may take longer to arrive, but that's how you know it's Japanese, right?.

Green Tea vs
5/5

Green Tea - Ito- Meada vs. Macha Green Tea- Green Tea with Matcha en en en en en en en en If you asked the average Japanese person why they are so much healthier than Americans, they would most likely say it's because of green tea. Green tea provides a large amount of healthy phytochemicals while also calming and clarifying the mind in our hectic modern world. Unfortunately, there are only a few Green Tea options available here. Below is a comparison of two of Amazon's best bagged options. br>br>Pricebr>Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito $20 for 50 en bagsbr>Maeda- For $20, you can get 100 bags of En. br>While Meada- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito- Ito Because of its superior quality, En is guaranteed to make two decent cups per bag. Each bag contains two good cups and about half of the leaves. br>br>Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito Leaves in the Wind - For that true green tea fresh greens punch, use high quality, young, baby budding top, whole leafs that have been slowly dried. The scent reminds me of freshly cut baby greens in the springtime. br>Meada br>br>br>br>br>br>b Leaves in the Wind - Matcha powder has been added to improve the quality of the mature leaves. The leaves are minced in the same way that most medium-grade, mature whole leaves are. They have a smoky brown tea aroma and a slightly oxidized, fast heated, dry appearance. Brewbr>Ito-Brewbr>Ito-Brewbr>Ito-Brewbr>Ito-Brewbr>Ito-B En Brew - Polyphenols abound in this dazzling deep green color. It not only relaxes but also enlightens one's mind. br>Maeda (Japanese for "Maeda") is a Japanese word that means En - Despite stuffing a lot more leaves into the bag, the brew is weaker. The color is a duller yellowish brown with a hint of green from the matcha powder that has been strewn throughout the bag. It has a lower mental impact in terms of calmness and clarity, as well as fewer polyphenols. I'm guessing you'd have to drink a lot of Maeda-flavored tea. To replicate the Ito-style results, use one bag per cup. Bagsbr>Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito-Ito- En Bags - These bags are made of high-quality triangular nylon, which is used in Japan's best bagged teas. The bags expand when submerged in water, creating a much larger brewing surface and a better cup of tea. NOTE: While some people are concerned that these bags will leach plastic chemicals into their tea, others are not. This shouldn't be an issue because these are made of heat-resistant nylon rather than cheap plastic. Nylon isn't the most environmentally friendly material because it doesn't degrade as quickly as paper, but it's used in small amounts. br>Maeda (Japanese for "Maeda") is a Japanese word that means En Bags - These are traditional paper tea bags, similar to those found in Lipton Tea. br>Neither tea bag contains the metal staples found in cheaper tea bags, so they are safe to use in the microwave if you prefer to heat your water that way. If you want to make tea a habit, I recommend a Japanese-style electric kettle or a hot shot single cup water heater if you're on a budget and only brew one cup at a time. br>br>Conclusion - Unless you only drink a single cup at a time and don't mind paying a premium for better quality, the Ito-Kai is the way to go. En Tea is by far the most preferred tea. Even in Japan, it is regarded as a respectable green tea. Meada is a term used to describe a group of people who live in While En is far superior to most green teas sold in the United States, it is regarded as a low-cost green tea in Japan.

It's not terrible, but it's not fantastic either
4/5

This is a good price for authentic Japanese green tea with matcha, but the flavor isn't great (it's not bad, but it's not great). I prefer Yamamotoyama pyramid bags (with matcha), which I can get here in the US, despite the fact that they are quite a bit more expensive. The flavor is much better. That said, I like to drink one cup of this every day, so it's suitable for everyday use. 2 cups of green tea per day for health benefits, and I'd spend about $35 per month on Yamamotoyama green tea pyramids (the regular Yamamotoyama bags are cheaper than the pyramids, but they don't contain matcha). br>br>It takes about 2 hours. I usually order a new batch when I am about 2/3 of the way through the bag because it takes 3 weeks to arrive unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping.

I wanted more matcha powder (neither one has more than a speck of it), so I ordered a small bottle of pure matcha powder, which I mix a tiny bit into

br>Truly Japanese in origin, it is a greener color than the Kirkland variety and more vegetal in taste. br>I wanted more matcha powder (neither one has more than a speck of it), so I ordered a small bottle of pure matcha powder, which I Ahhh, just right. I ordered "Zuisen no Shiro" from Matcha and More, which is also based in Japan. Both have a 2-hour time limit. It will take three weeks for your package to arrive.
