The British blend has more tea per bag than the Classic blend (80 bags to 7 ounces vs. 100 bags to 8 ounces), and the British blend bags are round, whereas the Classic blend bags are rectangles with attached strings.
For the past two years, I've been ordering these from Amazon because the ones available in stores are the new, inferior version. This version tastes exactly like the original, and I'm very happy with it.
Yes, there are a total of 12 boxes, each containing 100 tea bags.
I haven't seen it if there is one. The tea is always fresh and kept in an airtight container.

br>This deal is a sham. off! It says 6 boxes, each 8 ozs, for a total of 48 ozs, but you only get 1 box, so you pay 23 dollars for 100 tea bags!.
Please review the latest information. Tea is a very serious business when you're from Scotland! I've been drinking it on a daily basis since I was about 13 years old, and it's grown into a habit of 7 cups per day. I'd get a headache if I didn't drink tea first thing in the morning. Caffeine addiction, most likely, but who wants to live forever? Then I went to the United States of America. There is, however, a minimum standard for what constitutes acceptable tea. That yucky pond water isn't going to cut it. And what about Lipton, America? That's used dishwater in some form. It's off the table. Fortunately, tetley is available on Amazon. I need it in bulk, so I bought it in bulk. It has just the right amount of flavor and strength. Nothing beats coming home to a cup of tea, sitting down, and sticking your pinky out after a long day at work. It's as if you're waving a happy flag! br>My only gripe is the cost; I've seen this for $2 in some places. 50 to $3. 00 A box. br>br>As a result, the quest to keep prices low by sacrificing quality continues, or, to put it another way, it goes backward. br>It's time to make a change! What happens now is that the tea bag's material is so weak that it splits open while you stir with the spoon, allowing tea leaves to leak into your tea. Tea leaves in abundance. I'm not sure how you feel about it, but if that happens, I'll have to pour it out and start over. This had never happened before, but now it does all the time. br>I attribute it to cost-cutting. And I'm not pleased with it in the least. I'd recommend skipping this and instead opting for the purple box's British blend, which hasn't been harmed.
I enjoy Tetley tea and drink it frequently; however, I purchased it online due to SIP and discovered that the flavor of these bags is extremely weak. Even after 10 minutes of steeping, the tea tastes like water. Simply put, there isn't any taste. I usually buy the round tea bags, which are the traditional square tea bags with a tag. I can't get a strong tea flavor even when I use both of them. It's a real bummer, especially since I have 5 more boxes to go through. I would not purchase this product again.
This is the second time I've placed an order for this item. The first order had the same issues: it smelled bad, was stale, and the bags were discolored. On my first order (which was placed on January 17, 2021), I received a refund. On February 16, 2021, I reordered this item, assuming that any stale tea issues would be resolved over time. Not so! I recommend that you look into your supply chain for "old/out of date" tea and/or any fumigants used in the warehouse. Nothing else comes to mind as a reason for tea bags to "go bad. " This isn't even worthy of a one-star rating. I've been buying this product for a long time and have never had any issues with it. Please notify me as soon as the issue has been resolved so that I can place another order. I won't buy it until then, and I won't recommend it to anyone else until then.
Tetley decaf is one of my favorite coffees. You will, however, get regular if you order this. This happened TWICE for me, and it's clearly a warehouse issue. The word "CLASSIC" is printed directly on the carton, and a small warehouse sticker with the word "decaf" pasted over it. Sigh. Changing the label on a box has no effect on what's inside.
I used to be a Lipton fan. After reading the reviews, I knew I had to give Tetley a try. What a significant distinction! Ice tea is a flavor that I enjoy. I had to start with twice as many tea bags as I did with Tetley when I made the other one. Both were decaf, which I purchased. Thank you all for your wonderful reviews. I prefer regular Tetley because all caffeine gives me the jitters.
Tetley Black Tea has a flavor that we really enjoy. It makes a delicious hot or iced tea. Fruit infusions in iced tea work well as well. br>br>The only thing I don't like about the packaging on these Tetley tea bags is that they come with the string and paper tag, which I don't like on the ones I buy at the grocery store. Tetley's round tea bags have become a firm favorite of mine. I'm extremely fortunate to have my as the day's problem.
Tetly Tea has ruined my life; no other teas can compare to it now, so be cautious if you start drinking it! This dark black tea has a very rich, smooth flavor, and I'm not sure why it's so difficult to find in stores. This is a fantastic cup of tea to make.
