You're supposed to receive six boxes. That's what I've always gotten in the past, and the most recent order I placed on 9/24/20 only came with one box, which is ridiculous for almost $20. I contacted Amazon, and they issued me a refund.
Gluten is a must for my wife. She consumes approximately 3 to 4 bags per day without incident.
I can assure you that there is no trace of peach flavor. You don't have to worry about whether it's fruit or man-made because there's no peach flavor. chem's that have been manufactured
Thank you for taking the time to contact me - I appreciate it. There are 31 - in this product. There are 45 mg of caffeine in this product, which is a moderate amount when compared to the 61 mg in other Tazo products. Each serving of our decaf tea contains less than 5 mg of caffeine.

To be clear, I am a huge fan of this tea. This isn't a problem. It's the most similar to the flavor of Good Earth lemongrass green tea, which was discontinued after the company was sold a few years ago. However, the box states that there are 20 bags, but each of the three boxes I checked only has 19 bags. That is, without a doubt, unacceptable.
I really enjoy this tea. I've been drinking it for several years as a weekend treat. However, I should have read the reviews first, because there are already 11 reviews claiming that buyers received only one box in what was supposed to be a "six-box" order. pack"! I've placed an order for the six-pack. I used to be able to pack without difficulty, but this time it took me nearly two weeks to get just one lonely, crushed box. That isn't the fault of the tea, though, and it is (so far) my favorite chai. I contacted Amazon, and they refunded my entire purchase price; from now on, I'll shop at the grocery store.
When the description stated (below is a copy and paste from the description)br>br>6 Boxes of 20 Bags Eachbr>This package of Tazo Organic Chai Black Tea includes 6 boxes of 20 individually wrapped tea bags each to preserve the flavor you love. br>br>I had previously purchased this and always received six boxes of twenty tea bags, so I was disappointed to receive only one box of twenty tea bags for nearly $25. br>br>At the moment, Amazon is refunding my money, but you should be aware.
Tazo Organic Chai Tea is one of my favorite teas, so I buy it in large quantities. However, my most recent order was a complete letdown. About HALF of the teabags in this 6-pack are likely to be used. When I poured water over the box set, it didn't seal properly and opened at the top, ruining my tea. I'm not sure if they were old or what, but getting up to pour your tea only to be met with a cup of leaves is a huge letdown. "It's just this box," I kept thinking, but it turned out to be all of them. It's also disheartening to know that I squandered money on something that is defective and cannot be used as intended. I'll be on the lookout for a new chai tea brand.
To be honest, I was expecting something similar to Starbucks' chai (which is not tea, sorry). br>br>I'm a tea connoisseur with far too many varieties in my cupboard, including Indian/Pakistani masala chai, which I adore. I drink this Tazo quite frequently in comparison to all of my other teas because the flavor is fantastic. I was caught off guard. br>br>Because there are thousands of microcultures and millions of chai recipes, the term "authentic" is a difficult one to define. And, conversely, what I grew up with may appear strange to my friends. This tea has the right ingredients from the part of the world where tea is referred to as "chai," and it's very pleasing to my palate for a mainstream brand sold in tea bags, so I'll buy more.
Tazo chai was once the gold standard in the chai tea world: rich, spicy, fragrant, and complex This is a product that has rapidly deteriorated; today, a bag of Tazo chai has almost no flavor. Even two tea bags aren't enough to make a decent cup of tea. I have no idea what happened. To save money, the company may have started cutting corners on the tea/spice blend it uses. I've purchased this product in stores as well, and I've noticed the same flavor deficiency - So I don't think it's because it's sitting in an Amazon warehouse getting stale. If you steep the tea in the cardboard box it came in, you'll probably get a better cup. Add this to the long list of once-great products that have sunk in a big way due to whatever reason (corporate greed/neglect of quality).
This tea is fantastic. It's now my go-to source of information. to an early morning cup of tea I'm not willing to drink it after 2 p. m. because it's still too caffeinated. It's the only tea I'll drink if I want milk in it. It's probably because I had this type of drink for the first time at *bucks. They use the sweet version, which tastes like a candy bar and is far too sweet for me to consume on a daily basis. This is one of my favorites because it has the spices but not the sweetness. I've discovered a lactose-free half-and-half that's perfect for me. I can have my tea and digest the milk at the same time if I cut it in half. Are you a foodie? You bet. 'Garbage in, garbage out,' as the saying goes. If you care about the quality of your life, you'll be picky about what you eat. I don't usually put anything on my plate that isn't nutritional in some way. The goal for this year was to eat as much organic food as possible. This tea is a perfect example of that.
The flavor is delicious, but it's a little on the weak side. I anticipate a strong Chai flavor, and I find that two tazo chai tea bags are required in a regular 8oz mug. Maybe it's just me, but Tazo isn't as impressive as it once was. Their tea has long been a staple in my kitchen, but even the earl grey recently seemed off. I'm going to look for something else.
