I make mine in a coffee maker that is solely for tea, using four bags per pot (two pots make a gallon), for a total of eight bags. I've tried 12 bags, 16 bags, and I don't think there's much of a difference when you use more than 6 bags per pot. I usually steep mine for 20 minutes to an hour. I like my tea sweet, so I add sugar to mine. I put 1. To a gallon of water, add 5 cups of sugar. For me, anything more than that is too sweet, and anything less isn't sweet enough.
They appear to have run out of single-serving tea bags.

The expiration date was printed on the cellophane putter wrap. I glanced at it long enough to notice that it was late 2021/early 2022 (I'm not sure) and that it didn't matter to me because I knew my family would have consumed the entire product by then. 144 tea bags are stated on the cellophane, which is similar to shrink wrap, over two 72 count boxes that are also sealed. My tea bags were individually wrapped in the paper wrapper on the inside.

I enjoy the tea, but I ordered 75 2 count tea bags, which I interpret as two 75 count tea bags for a total of 150 tea bags. What does the number two mean in other contexts? I'm angry because I've been duped. br>br>I'd like to clarify something I said earlier. I thought I was ordering two boxes of 75 tea bags when I ordered 75 tea bags, 2 count. One box was all I got.

For below-average quality, I've reduced my rating from five to two stars. for the following reasons: br>Because I've been drinking mostly coffee since 2014, I hadn't noticed what I now believe is a decline in the quality of Lipton tea. My husband has been using the tea bags to make cold tea. I recently drank a hot cup of Lipton tea that tasted weak and uncharacteristically different from their previous distinctive flavor, so I poured it out and made another cup. It was just as bad as the first. My husband thought it was just my imagination when I noticed the smaller amount of tea that appears to be in the tea bag. I made the tea, drank it, and it tasted BETTER than the current Lipton tea, which I discovered in a plastic sealed bag in the console of my car. I opened a second box of 100 tea bags, and the Lipton tea tasted just as weak and unappealing as the first. I believe the company reduced the amount of tea in their tea bags and decreased the quality of the tea around the same time that they abandoned individually wrapped tea bags in favor of stuffing a bunch of unwrapped tea bags into those easily-opened tea bags. foil wrappers that have been ripped apart What a pity that a company with such a long and illustrious history has been forced to close its doors. When they could have just kept their quality and, if necessary, increased their price, they would resort to what appears to be inferior tea in inferior packaging. I have no intention of re-ordering. They arrived with my Pantry order, which included heavier items, but the tea bags arrived in perfect condition thanks to Amazon's excellent packaging. Also, these are a good deal right now, though I must say that I dislike Lipton's newer packaging. Because Lipton no longer wraps the tea bags individually, and how can 100 tea bags stay fresh in a few rows of foil like paper, I frequently purchase generic brands. If I keep buying these, I'll have to put them in sandwich bags or other containers. As a result, I've been purchasing other brands on a regular basis. I like to keep some black tea bags on hand at home, and Lipton has always been a favorite of mine. It's black tea from Ceylon. It was a good value for money. So the film that keeps the box fresh is fine with me, and I can hang with the box because otherwise the bags would be all over the place. However, each tea bag used to come in a paper sack, which was recently notch to hold the tag for no apparent reason. The sack and the notch for the tag were, in my opinion, a pain. So the sack is no longer there! All I had was a box with a hundred bags and string tags! YES! Someone had an idea - or. Is it possible that they snatched my thoughts? I suppose I'll have to get a new tinfoil hat. Lipton, congratulations on a job well done! br>br>FYI, I put three tea bags in a gallon of water and leave it out in the sun until later in the day. It takes significantly longer during the winter. Several times a day, I half-fill my bigazz cup with ice and cold sun tea. It's a wonderful life.
I have a slight tea snobbery. My culture is built around tea. br>br>I first tried lipton when I was five years old, and at that age, kids only drink tea because it contains sugar. The item is being sold as Natural Energy Tea, and the box indicates that this is what it is, but once opened, it is regular Lipton tea. Tea from a well-known brand can be found at a nearby shop. The fact that they are packed inside probably helps to keep them fresh. When purchasing a dozen boxes, this is critical.
