No, you don't have to give up coffee; however, if, like me, you prefer to limit your coffee consumption for health or sleep reasons, this will suffice. This is something you can drink all morning, all afternoon, and fall fast asleep by bedtime. Without the jitters of coffee, this drink is uplifting and energizing. Caffeine has been toned down and blended with other ingredients for a similar energy boost. When combined with my other suggestion, it makes for a powerful combination.
