Metal is used to make the basket.
Yes. It is very dependable, in part because of its simplicity. It's what I use every day for a cheap "pseudo latte." My current device is probably on its 15th year of use, and it was used on a more sporadic basis for a number of years prior to that. My "latte" is comparable to that of the coffee shop down the street - Some days are better than others, but they are all enjoyable. To get out the door faster, I either use the steamer to warm the milk or simply pour the espresso into microwaved milk.
It's been over 25 years since they've made this machine. I no longer use the machine to make foamed milk. For the past three years, I've been using a Nespresso Auto foam maker. When I used the machine to make milk foam, I found that there was more than enough pressure to get the job done. For the past 25 years, I have used this type of machine, as well as the Bravo machine. IN MY GARAGE, I HAVE TEN EXTRA MACHINES THAT I BOUGHT ON AMAZON AND EBAY. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU INVEST IN A NESPRESO AUTO FOAMER OR PURCHASE THE ENTIRE NESPRESSO SYSTEM. I WOULD DO THAT IF I HAD TO.

This krupp is the same model as the others I've owned and has lasted nearly 40 years; the first one was made in Switzerland, and this one is made in Portugal. I'm hoping this has the same flavor as my first and lasts nearly as long.
' Although the machine was bubble wrapped, all of the accessories were unwrapped and rattled around in the box. When we got there, the machine was filthy: The knob that turns the steaming wand open/closed was cracked and unusable. There was film in the bottom of the glass container, the portafilter was 1/3 full of coffee grounds, there was corrosion around the base of the steaming wand, and everything was just dirty. This machine was made in 1987.
Krups is the most reasonably priced option. It works well and, more importantly, it has worked well for me for many years.
Control where you require it. br>br> There will be no BS pumps or anything like that. For a thick, rich espresso, use the steam power. It's simple to turn milk into a creamy head using this method.
Great espresso machine for those who don't have a lot of space but still want great espresso!.
Exceptional machinebr>EXTREMELY NICE SELLER.
The top cap of the coffee maker's water tank was broken when it arrived. Will need to return the item and receive a refund.
I've found the best espresso and cappuccino maker.
