A BETTER FILTER FOR BETTER COLD BREW COFFEE: This filter was created by cold brew experts to produce professional-quality cold brew in a Mason jar. Our 18/8 stainless steel filter has 200 micron holes, which are the perfect size for allowing water to circulate and extracting coarse-ground coffee to its full potential. It's a huge step forward from first-generation brewers with fine mesh screen filters, which are better for brewing hot coffee with finer grounds. You'll be able to tell the difference.
KEEPS COFFEE FRESHER THAN THE COMPETITION: Because oxidation is the enemy of fresh coffee, keeping air out is critical. Unlike traditional sit-on-top mesh filters, our next-generation filter is fully enclosed within the Mason jar, allowing the jar's famous airtight seal to remain intact. This preserves the freshness of your cold brew. Because the jar's seal remains intact, it remains leakproof, making ours truly portable and putting an end to coffee leaking all over your hands, kitchen, and clothes.
The patent-pending capped-filter design features an ultra-sturdy, dent-resistant 18/8 stainless steel filter with your choice of color for the food-grade silicone cap, as well as an ultra-sturdy, dent-resistant 18/8 stainless steel filter with your choice of color for the food-grade silicone cap, as well as a patent-pending capped-filter design featuring an ultra-sturdy, dent-resistant 18/8 stainless steel filter with your choice of color for the food- The cap keeps the ground inside the filter sealed while also acting as a shock absorber to keep the filter from rattling and protecting it. You can finally say goodbye to those flimsy mesh filters that produce weaker cold brew and are prone to fraying, ripping, and clogging.
THE BREWING PROCESS IS EASIER THAN EVER: At home, you can make professional-quality cold brew in under a minute. Simply tighten the lid and shake the jar once the coffee grounds and water have been added. The brewing process is started when you "rumble." Then leave it to steep overnight, and your cold brew will be ready the next morning, tasting just like a barista's. Cleaning up takes even less time than preparing the meal.
COMPATIBLE WITH WIDE-MOUTH 1-QUART MASON JARS (NOT INCLUDED): Product includes metal filter with silicone cap and a 100% cotton filter bag that can be used as an optional second Dark Black and Orangey-Red are the two colors available for the food-grade silicone cap. BPA free. Safe to put in the dishwasher.

Will it work with a 64 oz molded Anchor Hocking glass? a pitcher with a 3 inch diameter opening and a handle?

This is for a 32-inch screen. oz screw- a mason jar on top of a mason jar; It won't be able to hold enough coffee for a 64-cup brewer. anything in oz It is designed to fit the mason jar vertically, with the silicon top snugly against the jar opening. It's not going anywhere. Yours, I'm guessing, would be too high as well.

Designed to be used with a 32 oz. Nalgene wide mouth bottle. The diameter of the rumbler, however, is the same as the nalgene bottle. Is there anyone who has used Nalgene and can give me some advice?

The Rumble Jar filters are made to fit in Mason jars with a wide mouth. These filters have a diameter of 3" and are too wide for Nalgene bottle mouths. The Rumble Go filters, on the other hand, have a 2" diameter and are designed to fit perfectly in Nalgenes and other similar plastic and metal bottles. I hope this information is useful.

It's functional, but the design isn't particularly appealing

There are better alternatives available. While this product does what it claims to do in the end, it has a number of flaws. To begin with, the silicone cap does not do a good job of stabilizing the metal filter in the jar. The cap is also too high up, requiring you to smush it down further than I believe is necessary in order to screw the mason jar lid on. It never seems to sit symmetrically when the mason jar lid is on and the filter is inside. When you lightly shake it, it may raddle around as a result of this. Finally, the filter's holes are only 200 microns wide. As a result, it is incompatible with the vast majority of pre-existing systems. coffee that has been ground Coffee grounds will flow through the filter and settle at the bottom of your jar, according to my experience. Many other similar filters have a mesh of 100 microns (twice as fine) and can be used with pre-filters. coffee that has been ground br>br>Despite its flaws, the system works in general. Also, for the best results, they recommend using coarsely ground coffee. For the same price, I believe there are better options available.

This is a great cold brew for at-home use

4th of September, 2018 This is the second time I've attempted to write a review. I'm not sure why Amazon flagged my first review, but I'll write it anyway. br>br>I bought this to replace a costly cold brew habit. Cold brew from the store costs about $5 per cup in Boston. br>br>A friend who has tried a number of these devices recommended the Rumble Jar to me. I've been drinking it for a few weeks and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good cup of iced coffee. This is extremely simple to use. br>br> As an example, take a look at the image below. 5/18/2021 - 5/18/2021 - 5/18/2021 - 5/18/2021 - 5/18/2021 - 5/18/2021 - 5 UPDATE! It's something I can't imagine not having! br>br>I had no idea how much I enjoyed having cold brew in the house until recently. Not only did I buy the original Rumble Jar for a few of my coffee-loving friends, but I also bought the Rumble Jar for myself. I've bought a few Rumble Go's for my wife and me (handy for when I hop on the bus to work). br>br>Strongly suggested! br>br>.

Simple, quick, and delicious are all words that come to mind when thinking of this recipe

When you're 28 years old, you're allowed to play with very fast times. I cooked it for 8 hours at room temperature, and it's delicious. It's also very simple to clean up. br>br> Simply shake it over the bin and pop the bottom a few times before rinsing it down the garbage disposal.

The quality of the product does not match the brand name
4/5

This makes great coffee, but the lid is difficult to keep on when I put it inside the mason jar. The contents of the grounds were supposed to stay inside the mesh container, but they escaped when I moved the jar slightly. After preparing it for the next day, I have to treat it more gently, and the lid still pops off frequently when I open it. (This means I'll have to keep the grounds under control. ) The coffee, on the other hand, is excellent.

$29 is a premium price to pay for a cylindrical coffee filter that is a slightly different design than the mesh ones for sale here on Amazon, especially if you already have a stash of cheap wide-mouth ball jars
3/5

I had hoped that with this new design, I wouldn't have to filter the coarse grounds out of the coffee, but that wasn't the case. After 23 hours of brewing (coffee was ground to a course setting at the grocery store), there was still some sludge and grounds at the bottom of the jar. I might as well have bought the less expensive filters if I'm going to filter the coffee anyway. Also, once you remove the filter filled with grounds, you'll be surprised at how little coffee is produced in a 32 oz jar. This should've been made in a 64oz (2-quart) pan. quarts). It's possible that I'll return. I'm going to give it another shot. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>** update 8/26/2018 ** It was a 100-quart system from a different brand. Micron mesh filter (finer than 200) that removed more "silt" from the coffee. I still use a standard coffee paper filter (with a strainer to keep the paper in place) to remove all of the silt, and I don't believe the claim that the Rumble Jar 200 micron filter is better for brewing. Furthermore, the claim that the rumble jar is more airtight than other jars is absurd. For two people, 3 oz of regular coffee (approximately 1 cup) is sufficient. quarts of water, refrigerated for 18 hours For a few days' worth of coffee, this is ideal.

The best invention for iced coffee
5/5

So easy! That's fantastic! Don't pay your coffee shop any more money. So easy. Use coffee that has been coarsely ground. Fill the tube halfway with half a cup. Glue the top together. Fill a 32-ounce mason jar halfway with the mixture. Close the lid and secure it. Turn twice more and place in the refrigerator for 16 hours. My family was hesitant at first, but now they all want one.

It makes a fantastic iced tea
5/5

I bought a smaller rumble jar to take with me when I'm on the road. I already have the large one, so I'm used to making cold brew in this manner. This one has made me very happy, and I can't say enough good things about it. It makes fantastic cold brew and is simple to clean up. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys cold brew.

The brew is cold
5/5

It's simple to use, clean, and store, and it comes with a handy bag that can double as a second filter if needed. I'm glad I got it, though I probably should have ordered the glass because finding a wide mouth jar was more difficult than I expected.
