As far as the parts that matter go, they all have good fit and machining to do a good job and last for a while. Shipping is also fast. There is something amazing about this I've been trying to make coffee with a ceramic grinder for a while, but couldn't get the consistency I was looking for. With the cheap grinder, it was also quite laborious to grind coffee. Furthermore, this product is not only extremely easy to use, but also feels fantastic as well. There's metal work on the handle that allows for a great grip, and the screw cap at the bottom screws opposite the grind turn, so the handle won't move while you're surprised me about this grinder was how fast it was. Grinder should be held up with the crank on so that it is visible from the bottom looking up at adjustment ring. If you want to prevent damage to your grinder, then a coarse setting 7 clicks beyond the fine setting is the one you want to use. Use it on a low setting rather than the finest. On a micro casa a leva, I was able to make crema for espresso. The Akirakoki manual grinder does a better job of grinding and is less physically demanding. Additionally, it is easier to hold the cylinder while grinding because it is smaller in diameter.
