Writing reviews is a rare occurrence for me. I am currently sitting down to drink my first cup of coffee made with the 1Zpresso JX-C It is good. We're in the middle of the Covid19 lockdown in California in March 2020. In lockdown what else is there to do but to experiment and learn new things. I've never been a big coffee drinker before. This last week I have been perfecting my pour over brewing coffee, picking beans, brewing in batches and brewing I played with different filters after finding the perfect water, and yes, tried different grinders after finding the perfect water. In the end, I scratched my head after using both the Porlex Mini and the Homeground Precision, thinking to myself, "I just don't understand it. ".
