It will remind me to drink more water if I am reminded by this on my coffee table. On the other hand, if water is left in the carafe overnight, the cork stopper imparts a really awful taste to it. My cork stopper still stinks after I soak it in a vinegar solution, a bleach solution, and I let it sit in baking soda paste. Better brands are available if you spend a little more.
