I am impressed with how much this bag can hold. Micro beer is brewed in large containers with openings up to 13 inches in diameter using this type of container for brewing mash and hops. It will be large enough to craft large batches of cold brew, such as 3 pounds or 1 kilogram. ***The Good Tony*** ***The Good Tony**** The Good Tony

My husband and I use this product for brew in a bag brewing and we are very satisfied. As a result of brewing with this bag, I always beat my Beersmith starting gravity estimates! As well as being a superior product, I also brewed a 10 pound grain bill in it and it was rock solid. It is also hard to beat the organic cotton of which the bag is made because who wants to use substandard bags that will lead to off flavors and unsafe brews. This is a great purchase that you will not be disappointed with. My only wish is that they would introduce a hop bag for sale in the future so that I could meet all my brewing needs.
At present, I am using the bag, which is quite large and easy to cram with product. Using mine from bbn, I am making canna butter that I will let sit for 24 hours so far, I am completely happy with it. Here's the news My first use of the bag was yesterday, when I made a batch of cannabis in coconut oil then cooked it in the rice cooker for 24 hours this bag worked perfectly and cleaned up easily using hot water, Dawn dish soap, and borax after it dried on the clothes line.
- I'm brewing larger batches of cold brew (of which I have A local warehouse store has 5-pound bags of the products). There is enough room in the bag to take two (or three). All the fine particles in the water can be removed successfully by the mesh of the material since it is sufficiently fine to separate the sludge and fine particles from it. The remainder of the ground coffee was filtered through a very fine metal mesh coffee filter and barely caught any residue.
This bag was used to make my mash at home. This is the first time I have used it. Although it looked good and was well made, the bag didn't drain any liquid. In this bag, both the mash and the wort were trapped. Putting wort through the fine mesh would be like filling a balloon with water. This product is not intended for mashing grains. This bag is made in America, so I'm happy to support a business in America, but the weave of the cotton is too tight, which makes it difficult to mash the It was a disappointment for me. Once I used the bag, I disposed of it.
Well, I used it for the first time today, and let's just say that it didn't work out. I had to hand strain all the grains into a separate container after the water wouldn't drain from the bag. It took about another hour to complete the task. It is possible to have this issue if you are brewing beer. That bag will never see the light of day again, I tossed it out. I wish luck to all those who have already purchased.
It held the grain just fine. The wort is also held in by the wort container. Because the wort doesn't drain from the bag, it is hard to pull it out of the kettle due to its fine thread count. Though the bag is made very well, I am currently shopping for another bag, since I will not be able to work with that bag Those are funny.
A nice, dense weave of fiber. I like this brew bag because there is no plastic polymer present, as there is in the other bags.
After using the filter today at the end of brewing a 5 gal batch of beer, it worked flawlessly for removing the hops and barley. I turned it inside out and cleaned it quickly. After setting it out to dry in the sun, it set very quickly. I'm happy with it and hope it will last a long time.
