Questions & Answers

What are its uses? Is it just for hop additions, or can it be used for grain too?

They are both part of what I do. Steeping my grains and emptying them, then using them for hops is how I do it. Both work well with this.

Is there any difference in size between the RoboBrew sizes?

Whether it's big or small, you have to go all in. As soon as you get started, you will want to make more.

If there is a rust warranty, what does it cover?

I am unsure if there is a warranty on this, but I have used mine for about five years There have been no issues with it over the past 8 times.

The 4" * 10"hop will be all I need to filter sugarcane juice. Can it do that?

I'm pretty sure it will work just fine for that, it keeps fine particles out of the boiling kettle quite well.

This is ideal for cooking an all-grain mash with your sous vide device
5/5

You have to have this device if you are a brewer. With my sous vide device, I can keep any mash at precise temperatures for extended periods of time while keeping grain particles off the device. I'm sure you understand what I am talking about if you brew beer. The setup can be reversed when you hop, and the hops will stay in the device instead of the wort-at-the-time In large batches, things should stay clean during the fermentation process.

An ideal star is an ideal if I am much happier with these bags as opposed to the nylon ones I used to use
5/5

It seems that this hop spider is doing great It was used twice the day after it was delivered to me. The nylon bags are more of a necessity than an upgrade if you have been using the nylon bags. The hops are added much easier and the way it's cleaned is a lot easier also. In my experience, this worked great because the hops pellets float around and remain in contact with the boiling wort. I only used 2 tablespoons due to my limited space. Normally, this can hold about 3 ounces of pellet hops, but it can hold much more. After the brew day, this was very easy to clean. I rinsed it off in hot water, but some of the dirt remained. Allow to soak in water for at least five minutes PBW solution took me 10 minutes and all this came off and cleaned up very easily. I am very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the welds. It is very sturdy and does not get too hot while boiling since it is made of plastic.

NOTE In the wire near the seam, there are a few sharp wires. Take care when handling them.

It is better than average for a boiling kettle holding 15+ gallons
4/5

This kettle is constructed well, but it may not be suitable for kettles smaller than 15 gallons or small batches of less than 10 gallons in a 15 gallons The hops have to sit on the bottom of a smaller kettle to stay in the wort. In a larger kettle with a smaller volume, you may not be able to fully utilize the hops. Hop bills of a large size should be skipped over whirflock or Irish You end up with a full hop spider that will not drain when this occurs. This resulted in the loss of almost a gallon of beer. The software is excellent as long as you are aware of its shortcomings.

There is a hops container here
5/5

It facilitates the easy addition of hops due to its diameter. While the kettle is too long for my kettle, I intend to get a much bigger one in the near future. I believe other people should measure the depth of their kettle (if this sits directly on the bottom of the kettle, you WILL have to scrub the burnt on objects for a long time)
Ease of cleaning. There's no need to worry about cleaning it since it's not easily cleaned. The micron size is 300 microns!.

Besides beer, it can be used for other things as well
5/5

In a nutshell In order to make jelly, it is critical to filter fruits like plums to avoid a fibrous mush. When plums are cooked, they break down into a mush or mash Mashes such as these can clog filters and cause a reduction in juice flow through them. Cheesecloth has traditionally been used for this purpose It is, however, easy for the mash to clog it. During this year's holiday season, I used a three-day strategy My filtering process involved separating the skin and flesh from the cooked plums in two steps. First, I lifted out the larger pieces of skin and meat using a slotted spoon. To draw out the juice, I poured it into a coarse mesh strainer and shook or swirled the strainer (within the opening of a pan) to allow it to pass. After that I strained the juice through a hop filter made of steel. Despite taking some time, this process was still lengthy As much as I tried to filter the plum juice further, the hop filter turned out to be well pure enough that there would be no more need for me to do so. The mesh of the filter will still clog, however In spite of this, because of the capacity of the filter, I could filter all the juice at once. The key is to filter as much as possible at several stages so you get rid of the sediment as much It is the end of the cheesecloth era.

It is a prerequisite Whenever I make batches of 10 gallons or less, I use a 16 gallon brew pot
5/5

With the help of a sweet orange peel and 10 ounces of hops, I made an easy beer. The top is near the top of the pot so it did not overflow. Due to how deep it is, it is also possible to work in smaller batches. You need this if you are adding large amounts of hops! The addition of two anchor points at the top makes a big difference as well. There are those that only have one slide all around and can tip causing your hops to go back into the wort during the Using this screen, it is impossible to see through any hops. There is a possibility of the tube clogging slightly and wort holding when you transfer it. My stainless steel spoon was just enough to gently scrape the inside, and it came out smoothly. My experience with brewing spans many years and I highly recommend it.

I love how easy it is to brew
5/5

You won't have to worry about excessive trub in your wort when you manufacture, nor will it be tedious to clean your In addition to the hops being blended into your brew without causing excessive hops debris to drop to the bottom of your fermenter, it also helps to keep your fermenter clean. This also simplifies the process of dumping used hops, since what's left behind rinses out in a flash. My brewing day has become even more enjoyable since I upgraded my hardware.

Exactly what I wanted
5/5

I bought the additional length because it was large. A Bayou Classic kettle with a false bottom will work great. I have an 8 gallon kettle. The bottom of this garment hangs off the side all the way to a Besides fitting nicely inside the immersion chiller, it is also easy to install. There was simply no better way to put it. The width of the word didn't cross my mind either. There is an approximately 4" diameter to it. There are tons of hop flowers I could fit in there. I can't wait to use it. I am very satisfied, can't wait to use it. I like the look of it.
