These aren't manufactured in the United States of America. China is where they're made.
It's not designed to support more than 125 pounds. Water alone weighs about 165 pounds in a 20 gallon container.
After using this burner, there was no soot left on the pot.
We use a big brewing pot for it, and it works perfectly. A wok is something we've never tried.

The product does exactly what it says on the tin. It was for a home-based business that I used it. The only criticism I have is that I'm not sure why they make it so that the first few uses are accompanied by a burning smell - When used for the first time, the circle interior paint and the brand/logo plate paint both burned off. Before figuring out what was wrong, I wondered for a few minutes. I still like the product because my brew kettle fits perfectly on it and there were no gas leaks, but I don't understand why a product like this would have such a simple initial setup that causes so much confusion.
In the past, I tried brewing with a turkey fryer and found it to be inconvenient. There was no way to adjust the temperature, and the gas supply was turned off by a timer. br>This burner is incredible. During the brew, I can adjust the regulator to get a precise temperature. When my wife was showing a friend how to can with pressure sealing the jars, I was the first to use it. Because their cooktop was induction and our pressure canner was aluminum, we had to use the burner. Having said that, I was able to keep the pressure at 5-pounds per square inch. With regulator adjustment, maintain a pressure of 6 PSI for the required time. br>This burner satisfies/exceeds my needs and expectations.
This burner has made my life a lot easier! It has a BTU output of up to 65,000 and is very cost effective. The next generation of burners produces 75,000 BTU but costs three times as much. Also, I've had a Boil Over on this burner before, and I used it on a stormy day with very strong winds, and it performed admirably! The boil over was unpleasant, but the burner was simple to clean, and I'm glad it happened outside rather than in my kitchen! This is a product that I would strongly recommend.
The thing was burning up before it reached 150 degrees, as if it were about to enter the earth's atmosphere. I regret not spending more money. "That's to be expected," the customer service representative said flatly. ”.
This device performs admirably. 7 gallons of water are quickly brought to a boil. It's nice and stable, so there's no need to be concerned about it tipping over. No leaks. The quality, on the other hand, is a little lacking. It had already begun to rust in spots after only two uses. Any non-stainless burner will rust, but after only two uses, I was surprised. The gas burner piece wobbled a little out of the box, and it's only gotten worse with each use. br>br>It's not a bad starter burner, but after a year or so, I'd expect to upgrade.
This is what I'm using to brew at home. The paint on the sides started peeling away as soon as the burner heated up, which I was very disappointed about. It now appears to be garbage. It's very useful and effective. It only appears to be trash. The workmanship is poor.
While this is a very cost-effective burner, it is difficult to get the temperatures just right with the gas flow. The paint also fades over time. During the first brew, I got a lot of burnt paint smells. It might have been preferable to simply remove the coating from the burner's hot bed. While I believe it is a good burner, I believe the construction could be improved.
The first three batches took 20 minutes to come to a boil, but the last two batches are taking an hour. I tried a different tank and double-checked that it was full, but the result was the same; I thought it would be faster, but it's now taking me longer than my stove top. It's extremely aggravating, and there's no place to look for information on how to resolve the issue. I wish the company had a troubleshooting section or a phone number where customers could call with questions. Now I'll have to go out and buy a new burner because this one is completely useless.
