It does, in fact.
The Kab4 has never been used, but the anvil receives a 5-star rating. The gallon brew is heating up quickly and maintaining a consistent temperature. In comparison to the bayou classic I did you, I don't think I go through gas as quickly.

This has given me a great deal of control over my boils. You can turn it up to get a quick boil going and then turn it down to keep a steady boil going. The only drawback is that some of the orange finish has burned off in one area, making it look dingy.
I had 5 gallons of water boiling in 15 minutes with this burner, and I wasn't even using the highest gas flow setting. br>br>Assembly took about 25 minutes and was fairly straightforward; the unit is very stable, and the leveling feet are a nice addition. br>br>One note: the orange finish on the ring will burn and turn black with use. br>br> In my opinion, it adds some character.
Extremely durable and of excellent quality. A gas burner that can be adjusted is effective. The extra legs are recommended for keeping the boil pot at a higher height and avoiding bending.
That was the best I could come up with. This burner is extremely attractive and well constructed. It uses a standard propane low-pressure regulator (6 oz. ) to operate. It's nice and quiet because of this. br>br>The paint is high-temperature paint, so it doesn't "burn off," but it does discolor darker above the control knob, where the metal rises higher to protect the valve and temperature gauge on the kettle, which is to be expected given the amount of heat this burner produces. br>br>The only thing to keep in mind when using it is that it is most vulnerable to the wind when using a low flame setting, so it must be completely shielded from the wind if you're using it to boil wort with a small 5. Once the wort has reached the desired temperature in a 5 gallon kettle, only a small amount of heat is required. br>br>I looked at a lot of other burners, and none of them come close to being as good as this one. br>br>Excellent burner with 45,000 BTU and a nice quiet operation. For my purposes, I'll need all the heat I can get. br>br>By the way- The unit is simple to put together.
For batches of 5 gallons (6 gallons), there is plenty of heat. 74 gal. boil volume) as well as being very efficient.
It's simple to put together, very quiet, light, and has a high-wearing paint finish. It's also reasonably priced. I only use the BIAB method to brew. It took seven minutes to mash out at 165 degrees. It takes only 15 minutes to bring 5 gallons to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Boil overs are simple to control, and antimicrobials aren't required. agents that cause foam Can support up to 200 pounds, but that's ridiculous in any case. It cools in seconds, but the best part is that the heat is evenly distributed while boiling. I prefer a vigorous boil, and this burner assisted me in achieving that goal. Did I mention how quiet it was? This burner comes highly recommended by me.
Don't buy it because it'll go up in flames.
