It is a great pleasure to hear from you about the 'work around' for use in electric presses. Thank you for your kind words. As for electric presses, we do not have disks that will fit perfectly, but the work around below will fit them. AFFORDABLE OUTFIT SO THAT IT WORKS EVERY TIME! Place the dough in the press barrel, leaving a disk-shaped opening if you use our new larger disks, but instead of inserting them into the bottom RING of the press, place them into the barrel of the press. PUT THE DISK TOGETHER WITHIN THE BARREL, with a thick amount of space at the end, and PUSH IT IN VIA THE END OF THE BARREL UNTIL IT IS EVEN WITH THE BOTTOM. Using the barrel sides as a guide, center evenly. When you hold the bottom of the press Next, place the disk on the ring, making sure it remains in the center. When the ring won't fit, remove a bit more dough and gently press the disk in until it does. The way to fix leakage from the disk edge during pressing is to simply re-press the disk Aim for the center of You can also check out our Impress Bakeware Website, which contains information as well as pictures about our Electric Press. We would be happy to answer any further questions you may have. I am sincerely pleased to learn of your interest in Impress Bakeware, kind regards Jill Voige

This is a fantastic idea! Unfortunately, I have yet to use it The Christmas decorations are mainly for the holiday season, but they look awesome.
You can make so many sweet cookies with these and they are so easy to use. It's hard to say which ones are harder than others, however.
