The packaging for mine had a sticker stating that it was made in China.
As long as the ingredients are soft, it's a really sturdy dough blender, works well on a variety of doughs.
As for the handle, it is smaller than I expected. However, the cutter is a perfect size for me. I have a relatively small hand, so this was a good size
In short, yes. To my knowledge, I have had no problems with it so far when I have put it into the dishwasher multiple times.

It is made from a combination of quality material and a design that makes it easy to blend fat into flour for piecrusts. Every previous version I have ever had was inferior.
The pastry blenders were purchased to replace the broken one I had. The one I use now feels better and I feel like it does a better job of blending the butter with the flour for making.
These two tools seem to be excellent in their respective fields. Despite its small size, the bench scraper has a lot of meat on it. There is, however, a problem with the size of the pastry cutter Modeled as an 8/10th scale model, it feels very realistic. If you have a hard time gripping if you have a man-slippers, then this is not for you You can hand.
The ingredients I use are part of the pita bread recipe. It is very useful in a number of kitchen scenarios to have a dough cutter. Despite being an old crank, I adore cooking in part because I love Originally, I wasn't sure about the cutter/chopper but it's also very good. It was the good quality, the good price, a prompt delivery, and the online presentation that led to Thanks for your service. John duane.
When I received the item, I washed it, put it in the oven to dry thoroughly and then left it for 24 hours. On the pastry cutter and on the scraper, I found two spots of rust when I took it out to use it for the first time. They are rusted despite the fact that I dried them thoroughly.
The only reason I took them out was to look at them. There was a lot of sharpness in the blades of the pastry blender. This is the first pastry blender I've owned, so I'm not sure if this is what they're all meant to look like, but I don't think it's a good idea to keep these If I fumble around looking for things in the same drawer, they are sharp enough to cut me. My return policy required me to return the items.
This is what I bought just now. It would have been better if I had bought your other set that included the biscuit cutter too, but, the pastry cutter is working for My old cooking classes in 7th grade come to mind when I read this. It has been 40 years since I last cooked. My family is growing, but I am losing even basic skills in the kitchen. This is something I would like to pass on to my children/grandchildren. I may not be able to be a chef, but I can pretend to be one.
Although I was slightly disappointed with this product, it was not by much. I bought the bench scraper and pastry cutter in the same package, and both appear very durable and of a good weight and size. However, when I opened the package, there were some rust spots on the bench scraper. It was a disappointment, because it was supposed to be a brand new item. Since I mostly purchased the set for the pastry cutter, I guess it isn't too much of a deal to me.
