Due to the fact that I also wanted a dough scraper, this was the perfect set. Unlike my last dough blender, these pastry cutters are built to last. Unlike my previous dough blender, the blades keep bending with the flimsy plastic, but this one does not bend at all with stainless steel blades. While making scones for my family, I am able to easily cut through cold butter with this knife. With the dough scraper, I can make sure the dough is cut to the perfect size, and I love that these pastry tools can be used on various things like vegetables, eggs, and fruit. One of my favorite uses for the dough blender is to cut eggs for my egg salad. You can't go wrong with these dough scrapers and dough blenders if you're looking for a quality product!.

This is what I use for making crumble so I don't get too messy with my hands. works well, but it is not good for large amounts of ingredients, so it is best suited to the home.
