It's nice to have this product, but I don't like using it. Handle grip is fine, but it slips a lot when it is used against cold butter and flour/ sugar, and the sharp metal edges scratch easily. They are sharp and a little harder to clean, but I like the shape and feel of the flat strong blades. Rather than a modern ice cream cone, I like my old-fashioned wooden one Wire one was handled. There are no moving parts and the wires can be cleaned easily.

Keeping the handle in one place isn't a good idea

The handle on this dough blender spins, which is not my favorite feature. I find this annoying because it is not stationary. Turning the handle is accomplished by pushing down on it. It's nice to have color, but does anyone really care about the color? Something functional is what I want.

This is a great product, and it's elongated so that when you are cutting butter or lard into flour, you have more room up to your hand, especially if you are cutting large quantities.
