This item was purchased as a gift for someone who does not have it with them. The picture suggests it is most likely not a real cookie, as it is part of a pastry set for dough, and it appears to be made of In the meantime, I strongly recommend the spatulas offered by Pampered Chef. It is heat resistant, won't stain, and is extremely durable.

For the price, this is a decent set I don't love everything in it, but it's worth it

I tried the rolling pin a couple of times, but ended up going back to my old rolling pin. Although it was ok, the silicone mat was hard to keep Overall, it is a great purchase with nothing to complain about.

Mixing shortening and flour with it is what I do with it. Then you can make pie crust. It's very useful.

I did not feel any movement when I was rolling dough on the mat. One of the only items I didn't use was the measuring spoon. A great deal like this is hard to find.
