It looks very well-made to me, even though I do not have any knowledge about it.
The trademark application has been pending since the date of 5-Jun-11. Chen Wei Sen has owned the "HULISEN" mark since the date of 5-Jun-11. 2017 were the years when the project was completed. HULISEN brand name has over a dozen products, some of which are shipped from China, most of which are sent from their warehouse in the U.S. I believe that China is the most likely place they were made based on the information I have seen.
Exactly what do you mean by There are only three items to discuss Among the items you'll need are the scraper, the pastry blender (the thing with slats that helps blend the butter into the flour), and the set of various biscuit cutters. As for the set, I really like it for making biscuits and I use it a lot! It would be recommended.

The metal is nice to hold and feels sturdy. It is going to be so much fun making all of them! This bracelet was purchased for myself, but anyone who loves cooking or baking would really appreciate a gift like this.
It is not a complaint. As of yet, I have used only one of the biscuit cutters and the dough blender (but not the scraper). As a result, my biscuits turned out well, and I am pleased with both items' abilities. I felt like I might cut myself trying to get a better grip on the handle to gain leverage as I cut in cold butter because of the edges of the dough blender on either side of the handle being so sharp. Though I haven't used any other dough blenders, that seems to be the hazard of this type of product.
The handles of the biscuit cutters are easy to hold and feel sturdy, and it produced a clean cut in the biscuit dough. There is a clip that holds them all together, making it convenient for you to use them together. I ran all the dishes through the dishwasher before I used them and they came out looking as good as they did when I received them. It's fine. I've got no.
This product is extremely durable, and the cutters in particular are very professional-looking. Since I like to make extra high biscuits, I was looking for biscuit cutters in specific sizes that were deep. I used these on a recent project, and they met my expectations and their small handle makes them much easier to use. I have been able to make all of my baking ventures a lot easier since purchasing this set. There's no need to cut out biscuits with an upside-down glass, and it is much easier to cut butter into the flour mixture with a blender rather than using a pastry cutter. It will be great when I use the scraper more, I know. I have yet to use it a lot, but I'm sure that I will like it when I do. Clean up is easy with this set, and I love that the biscuit cutters all go together on a single blade. So that they don't get separated easily, it has an open ring. Products that are easy to use and well made. Then you won't need to worry about them being too heavy or big. They are designed to take the kind of beating that home bakers give. Whether I cleaned them by hand or with my dishwasher, I have not experienced any negative effects. I have not observed any pitting, signs of rust, or pulling apart of the handles after nearly 6 months of using it almost daily. There is no toolkit required to use as the metal ring holds the cutters neatly and can be opened and closed easily. You can easily use the cutters, rinse them, and then stack them back together. There are clearly labelled measurements on the scraper and it is very handy for measuring dough As I have used and washed this garment, I have not noticed the lettering wearing off or becoming blurry. It is easy to hold with floury hands because the handle is firmly attached.
Using the dough blender in a metal mixing bowl is a bit tricky, but that seems more to be related to how I am used to cutting butter in with two forks in other situations. Even so, I am willing to admit that once I got the hang of actually using the device it did the job promptly and efficiently! The board does not appear to have been worn despite being used a lot. I am able to easily clean the ring and it fits my small hands perfectly. All in all, this is a set that I would recommend to any home baker or caterer as a must-have. In addition to a reasonable price, the product performs above expectations.
I like this set a lot! I love that my husband is a professional baker and has recently started making biscuits, which he says this set would be perfect for. It's the conversion chart on the dough scraper that he likes the best. This set is highly recommended if you have just gotten into making biscuits or if you need to replace key components in a set you already own.
When I realized I no longer had the proper tools, I decided to return to baking. Part of that need can be met with the Hulisen pastry scraper, dough blender and biscuit cutter set. I used the scraper to cut in the lard for my baking power biscuits, so they were light and fluffy, and I used the dough blender to turn it into a buttery mixture. Most likely, I will only use the cookie cutter that is 2 3/4 in, as the other ones are too small for what I will be making. Despite the adverse effects of rusting, stainless steel is bright, shining, and easy to clean, while the sharp edge of the scraper is ideal for the marble, and the blender is fantastic.
So far, I have only used the pastry cutter. What an amazing experience! I absolutely love the way the dough scraper works and the soft grip makes it very comfortable to hold. The dough scraper is sturdy, I'm sure it'll perform well. The fact that it has a ruler on the side is also a big plus (I did not realize where the ruler was before I bought it). In the end, I found what I wanted exactly when I searched for biscuit cutters. There are a lot of great things in this set and the package is beautiful it would make a great gift for everyone.
