Thanks so much for reaching out to Gorilla Grip's customer service. Hello Debbie with the Gorilla Grip customer service team. There are three inches of long handle and one inch wide handle on the Pastry Blender.
In addition to working well, this item is made from stainless steel of good quality. It takes me no more than a minute to make light, fluffy pasties and biscuits with butter and shortening. That's all I have for now.
I'm not sure where the manufactured by is located. A possible location is Westport, CT 06880. It's a great quality product that's a good value. Here is my attempt at being helpful.

I just received mine. There is a little weight to it, but it is not too heavy I just got it Furthermore, it is made out of stainless steel. This handle has a silicone coating Holds firmly in the hand. The end result is just what I had hoped for. It certainly was a good idea not to buy it at the local BB&T There was a 20 in B. It was literally 1/4th the price (with free shipping) with this one. And it is almost the same as the other. Neither were the ones from BB&T either (this one is slightly heavier) Now I know it wasn't made in the USA, but neither were the ones from BB&T There was one made in the USA (or perhaps it was Germany) but at about $35 it is practically unaffordable. Taking it all together, I probably won't live as long as this. Pastry chefs are not in my line of work I'm not much of a baker, but I do like pies and apple turnovers. I think that it won't wear out even if I used it daily. ***If it ever causes me any problems, I will come back and make an update.
I am looking for a new laptop. While it has a good look, it is considerably smaller than the one I worked with for Despite the grip being wider than my knuckles, it is not as long. With the shorter blades, I feel my hand sinking into the dough when I blend. If you are unsure of the measurements, I suggest you compare them with other models.
You must beware! As of now, the metal portion of the item is covered in metal shavings all over. As part of the food preparation process, the skins will come off. This is a very poorly made product, and it has been poorly It's incredible to think that this equipment is designed for food preparation. How would you feel if you used this to prepare baby food?.
This blender has padded handle for the convenience of my arthritic hands (which compliment my old body). a similar tool, but it had a metal handle, which made my hands ache when I made several batches of dog treats and blended peanut butter into them. The solution to that problem is here. Worked really well for me.
About 20 years ago, I bought a Pampered Chef pastry blender, but it has been a miserable piece of junk ever since. Every time I used it, the tines twisted completely out of shape due to being so thin. The more I bake in quarantine (won't we all? I'm in awe at how cool this gorilla is! on my new biscuit press are much thicker than those on my old one, so I knew the moment I unpacked it that I had made a good choice. Three batches later, I'm still pleased with the product. solid but not heavy, easy to clean.
When I made pie crust, I used it to make mashed potatoes as well. Getting the hang of it is easy. The tines make it a little bit challenging to clean because they are so close together. My problem was that it soaked for a few minutes, then I washed it without any problems. There is no doubt that I would There won't be any need for me to buy another one since it is so well worth the money.
As a result, I like the robustness of this, which allows me to quickly and easily cut By using the ergonomic handle, one can do the job more comfortably. Even though it's smaller than I needed, it's still a decent size for what I need.
The pastry blender is solid and very nice. A beautiful piece of furniture that will be used for years to come.
