My hands are small, however, and the handle on this pastry blender is too small for me to comfortably use it. In order to adjust my grip comfortably, I had to touch the sides of the tool, causing my hands to touch the sides of the handle. Served my needs but didn't meet my expectations.
The pastry blender I bought was supposed to slice the butter into the flour, but it just squishes everything together and clogs the blade. A very long time passes before you are finally able to It would have been better if it were.
This one is better than the Pampered Chef one I used to have.
Delivery in a timely manner. I used yesterday to put my Easter bread mix in the blender. Exactly what you need.
I like it because it makes it so easy to cut butter and lard into flour mixtures.
The tong that was bent into the other was bent into itself. It looked used because the box was perfect. Did it come from a previous owner? While the company did send an item to replace the bent one, it was odd to receive a bent.
This was a gift I bought for my sister because she was not good at baking biscuits. An early arrival of the cutter was to be expected. This past weekend, she made biscuits with the cutter, and says it made it much easier to mix the dough (no more getting your hands in the batter), and cleanup was much easier. A fluffy/light texture was achieved in the biscuits. You've got bingo. Taste of the highest order.
This butter cream is great for cutting through cold butter, and it makes baking much easier. The handle is easy to hold and is sturdy. I do like it a lot.
