The kit is durable and well built. To try their products, I ordered a few from Shori Bake, and eventually purchased all of their equipment. The workshop students love them, they're holding up well and do not have mold issues like other materials. We have baskets that are solid and well designed, a whisk that is strong, and a bench knife that is Very pleased with my order and I plan to order.

Those baskets are not what I had expected, we'll. They're small, sturdy, and not what I expected. As a bread maker for more than 40 years, I will utilize my tea towel, large terra cotta pots, and large loaf pans Let's rise and press on in our cotta bowls! The kit does not meet my recommendations.

A great gift for the baker in your life who bakes sourdough bread. The baskets are made very well, with no loose "hairs" on the reeds, and the liners are strong muslins well stitched together. (Middle yourself deep in the flour and ensure that it's really embedded in I suggest you give yourself more credit than you think is required. It is possible for wet dough to become sticky. 2) The dough beater is quite heavy duty for a starter kit, and the lame is good rather than great. In case you make a lot of bread, you may want to upgrade later. A bench scraper is a nice touch, and it fits my aesthetic perfectly. There are good online instructions and a lot of recipes and tips. It comes in a very nice package as well. Amazon is one of my favorite places to shop.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the quality of my One use was for making Brie loaf, and I was very pleased with its performance. Getting my sourdough started is high on my priority list. I would recommend this kit especially to those using proofing baskets for the first time. Instructions are easy to follow and easy to use.

I'm looking for exactly what you are offering. If you need a dough starter that costs less than a few dollars, then this is the best option. The water in which I wash does not touch my skin Cleaning with pastry brushes is my preferred method.
