In a nutshell, I was very pleased with how fast the product arrived and how well it was In addition to two bannettes with linens, lame sets and scoring tools, the bench scraper is provided. It is a good thing that the scraper is pretty stiff. When I considered buying this product, I was worried about the size since you never know from the picture, but it turned out just perfect. I usually bake 500-600 cupcakes a week, so this is a perfect fit. I made 600 g flour loaves which works just fine for a family of five, and you can see in the pictures that the size is just right after final proofing. I used my old round banneton for overnight proofing because it is bigger, but it takes up more fridge space. This is why I'm going to use them moving forward. It is a good set for the home baker, I would recommend it.
For the first time, I used a proofing basket as well as a baking sheet to make bread. It was quite easy for someone like me who is a beginner. It did not stick at all to the liner as I was worried the dough would stick after setting up the liner with enough flour inside. I shook and just wiped off the bowls, but it was only flour that got on them. A few pieces of dough, however, and mostly flour lined the liner. To clean, I simply threw it in the washer with hot water, allowed it to air dry, and no other effort was needed. You have to be careful with the cutter that comes with this it's very sharp so keep it away from children. The drawing I was trying to do over this was not successful. I cut a pattern on the bread with this, but while this was easy, the drawing was not. You only need to supply the ingredients for the bread once you receive this kit. It was so much easier than having to oil until a bowl was clean.
