I'm sure this one will be okay, but in comparison with other ones, there are a lot more staples/nails visible on the outside. Occasionally, they can even be seen from the inside. I doubt they will touch the bread, but this particular brand is below average compared to the other one which has the metal staples enclosed more carefully in the edges of the leaves.

Make sure there is plenty of flour in the recipe. Without the cloth, I tried a rather slack loaf and it was a disaster. I guess it is easier to handle with a stiffer dough. You may experience different results depending on your individual circumstances.
