It's hard for me to judge Silpat's products because I've never heard of this company, but their website shows Silpat logos. They are not marked in any way. My only concern is that synthetic mats feel unsettled to bake on, and I would have paid half the price for generic mats if I wanted those. It is unconscionable to bake on synthetic material that is falsely labeled and that is shipped from a country that is known for quality control issues (China). Here are the items I am returning. I ordered from Bouga and it was delivered to me.
Neither they nor the photographs shown here in this listing bear any resemblance to each other. Due to the fact that I paid real money for these unreal mats, I am quite upset.
