My favorite parts of the mat are the roller When I got my cookie sheet, I made cookies right away. I am pleased with how it turned out. These are easy to wash, have a golden bottom, and are easy to release. I am so pleased I bought this. Buying parchment paper in bulk will save me a lot of money!.
