Several batches of chocolate chip cookies were made using these mats for my daughter's birthday. They worked perfectly. My life will be a lot easier since parchment and foil are no longer required. One sheet is as good as the brand name ones that cost four times as much. Whenever I need more, I will not hesitate to purchase these.

As a result, I have been baking macarons with the same recipe and cook time for nearly a year without having an issue until I purchased the Several batches of bread have been baked with the baking time increased by 14 minutes In this batch, I cooked 17 minutes (18 minutes burned them so I didn't use them) and rolled them on the mat overnight to cool. EXCEPT FOR ONE, EVERY BATCH FAILED! mat is the only thing that has changed. The frustrating part is that I can't find a solution!.
