According to what I measured, 11 14/16" by 8 5/16" is the size. The sheet fits perfectly inside the quarter sheet pan that I use in my restaurant.
That's not how it works! You'll end up exposing
If I were candy apples, I would imagine they would be fine on this surface since it is slick, so the apples will not

Since I went through so much parchment paper and my other silicone mats were not big enough, I bought this new silicone mat. Exactly what I was looking for.
I recommend that you do not buy! Despite the fact that this baking mat can create a significant amount of SMOKE in the oven at normal baking temperatures (325F- 400 degrees Fahrenheit). It should NEVER exist a case in which silicone smokes while baking So I bought a second one, and it happened again! I thought it was a mistake, so I bought a third one. I am sure you will find other reviews that state the same thing if you don't believe me. There is a great deal of health risk associated with this product, and its use as a baking sheet is obviously unhealthy. In my opinion, this product should be offered for sale by a company in Northern California called New Star Foodservice. I really expected more from this company. I highly recommend that you do not purchase this product! I suggest you test it in an empty oven at 375F to make sure it's ok for you. (And if you still have doubts, test it in an oven that's not filled with food!.
Having initially searched for silicone mats for our cheap tiny baking sheets, I decided what I needed were new sheets, mats, cooling racks, etc. There are so many reviews of Sheets, Mats, and Floor Coverings that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, and/or emit strange odors- I searched and searched and read so many! In what way? Welded racks that are weak and can't handle a lot of weight, and racks that rust, warp, or have poor welds. Amazon no longer seemed to be reliable to me when it came to finding good tools. had to adjust my search criteria multiple times before this brand, New Star Foodservice, appeared. Following my reading of the reviews, I slowly gained confidence and decided to purchase the product. To pair them with, I chose Hamilton Housewares' heavy duty stainless steel racks. To accommodate our toaster oven, I bought (2) 1/4 sheet sets, (1) 1/2 sheet set, and (1) 2/3 sheet set, which is the largest size it can accommodate.
That's awesome! My wife and I are so excited! offer these high quality sheets in all of these sizes equipped with a silicone mat and a cooking/cooling rack. We have so far had a good experience! The entire process is so smooth, and we do not see any of the multitude of issues that have been.
I have been using the 'original' name-brand product in my household for years. We're using a silicone baking sheet from our favorite brand A pan. There are a couple of quarters I purchased I had a couple of aluminum pans and thought I would try these silicone pan liners instead of buying new ones. An extract from a short story Despite the size of this product, it is very well made and with a thicker material than is suggested in the product description. They feel the same and share the same brand. They will not stick to anything, and they are super easy to clean I am up in a matter of seconds. My second pan has a similar one since I purchased the first.
I like how it works. It would be recommended. I wanted some form of replacement for all the single-use parchment paper and foil, and this works well. Cleaning is relatively easy, the only problem is making sure you get all of the grease off when the food contains oil or grease, but any other greasy dish would be the same. In my opinion, there is a noticeable difference in how the food cooks when using this as opposed to cooking directly on a sheet pan or using Cookies' bottoms do not turn brown when "burnt" and meats hold on to their juices longer.
As a result, the silicone will come off and the whole thing will crack By exposing the middle layer of the fiberglass, a hole is created. In the end, even soaking them overnight didn't make a difference. After two experiences now, I'd like to share my thoughts It has been determined that they are really good for baking cookies, but they will need to be replaced at some point when cooking meat over a long period. The fish bakes in less time (shorter bake time) & Does not leave a smell behind. The chicken quarters and the chicken carcass This has a toll on them because they have been baked multiple times for an hour at a time. While the smaller ones I use for cookies have browned a bit, they will last for quite a while.
A broiler pan that fits on my apartment-sized stove is a great buy! To keep food from sticking, I do not have to use foil. Furthermore, it browns in a nicer manner than a nonstick pan or a foil-lined also works well for my small cookie sheet that fits in my apartment's oven. I have found that it actually shortens the cooking/baking time. The challenge of getting cookware that fits inside apartment-sized appliances can be daunting.
It was a tumultuous marriage for Jeff's wife My goal was to use this mat as an art mat for nail art, not just use it to bake on. The nail mat is much larger than ones that are specifically for nail art, this one is 17x25 while those that are 12x16 or 8x11 are much smaller. This mat does not have the exact markings I needed for my nail art (I made my own on paper and slipped it under the mat) but it is an awesome value, covers a much larger area of my desk, and can be used together with the original brush. While I can still make all the decals I like, I can also test out different color combos using stamps. Interestingly, the crosshatch pattern is retained on the decal, but is rendered invisible once the topcoat is applied. Lint roller is needed for cleanup, and it is easy to clean with acetone. The only polish that has soiled it so far is nail polish. Nail glue doesn't seem to like it very much either.
