Nonetheless a good quality silicone mat, it does not work so well when you have to manually knead You have to wet the bottom of the mat for it to stick, or you will keep having to fix the mat to ensure its flattening. The surface can easily be cleaned.

It is very easy to keep the mat on the counter thanks to its adhesive properties. In some cases, I place the pieces too well, and if I don't position them correctly the first time around, I have to tear the whole thing up to fix it. I find that it adds a nice touch to my cook top and keeps it looking good! A sponge and air drying can be used for cleaning.
