It's a great hack to prevent my laptop from overheating with this 16x10 cooling rack.
Advertised to fit in half sheets of baking pan, this rack was designed for that. isn't even close to being the size of a half sheet of paper. As Amazon paired this with the Nordic Ware half sheets, it could be their fault.
At first I thought that some of the cookies I make would slide right through the grides, but I felt that this wasn't the case. It was an extremely disappointing experience.
The size of the place was smaller than I had anticipated. Having used it a few times, I have concluded it is a useless I do not like it because it is flimsy and has no resistance. It buckles easily, and I avoid it at all costs! Not even a single star is worthy of it.
The coating begins to flake off very quickly, it bends easily, and it is very hard to clean. This will probably be replaced with a stainless steel model that will last longer. In any case, I would not buy from you.
It My experience with it has been very good, and it has held up as I had expected it to. This item is definitely a good choice as a cost-effective solution for bakers.
In the past I had been suffering from not so crispy fried foods after putting them on a plate with a paper towel or just using The best part of this is that it's so cheap and easy to add to your home cooking stuff, and you can fry anything or need things to crisp up after they've been taken out of the oven. The fried chicken wings I made after using this wire rack were the crispiest I've ever had.
So I looked into these because I became frustrated with how long it took to cool things like cookies on clean dishtowels. I found it to be a good idea - It looks like they are painted with enameled steel wire racks, yet they are lightweight-- Paint is the type of It took less time for the cookies to cool and they were less likely to break. As long as they work well and are not too expensive, I hope they will last a few years.
