Having purchased this set, I find the size of the towels to be perfect for their function. Both racks have two feet that are a bit longer than those on the other two racks. It is because of this phenomenon that each rack wobbles when something is placed on them. There are no flat surfaces on which to sit. Additionally, one of the rods for the foot has come loose The racks still work, but they are not the best made. In fact, I would probably return these if they were a more expensive item, but at what they cost, returning them would be too much work. They do fit for what I need, so I will keep them, but I wanted to let others know of the issues I had with the set that.

My baking pan is 9 inches square, so I was looking for a square roasting rack that would fit. In the end, however, we settled on the 7th round. You have the option of a 5 inch screen. In any case, it fits, but I am unable to imagine why I could not find a square rack of this size anywhere on the site. Additionally, I don't need two of them, but one would not work. In this case, I decided to settle for what I could get rather than what I really wanted.

This is an easy to clean couch. Using these small racks to bake and dry tofu bite-size pieces in my stainless steel pie plates, I can bake/dry bite-sized pieces of tofu. Squeezing my tofu is not one of my favorite things. Sturdy boxes were used to ship the racks. Within the box, air or bubble wrap was used to protect the racks. It was in perfect condition when the racks arrived. In the end, the tofu did not stick to the rack after baking and drying. With the rack of tofu juice upside-down in a baking pan, I soaked it in soapy water to clean it. I rinsed off the rack that had been soaking in the pan later by lightly rubbing one of my kitchen brushes over it. I turned the rack over and rubbed the brush along the other side of it. The rack came out totally clean. It's so nice to have these racks for my tofu now that I've gotten around to it. The future holds plans for me to use them to cool pan-baked or grilled foods as well.

I use it as a platform for my Mac Mini to elevate it off of my desk, which helps with Because the rack is sturdy and the computer rests about 3/4" above my desk, it doesn't stick beyond the Mac Mini's footprint, and it's not too high. In order to make the airflow more efficient, I use USB fans.

The air fryer is one of my favorite appliances. However, my bacon curls up when I cook it in my Air Fryer. This made a perfect fit for my Emerald 4 quart air fryer. Upon turning them upside down on top of the bacon, I find the bacon to be perfectly cooked.

The 8 inch foil trays fit perfectly inside my air fryer, and my drumsticks were always crispy on 3 sides but a little soggy on the bottom before having these trays. I now can elevate the drumsticks off the bottom and they are crispy on every side. There's no doubt I can use them for other purposes in the future as I see fit. It was a great deal at that price. I might.

I use my pressure cooker to keep direct heat to a minimum. I am happy with the results. Due to its flexibility, it can be used for other cooking needs as well.

These are to go into an air fryer so I can add levels to fry more food in one go. Exactly what I needed. It needs to be lubricated or sprayed with a non-toxic product The stick should be used prior to use in order to make food slide off easily.
