For the first time, it was used to roast veggies in the oven at 400 degrees I noticed that the pan made a loud noise as soon as it was placed in the oven and that it remained warped once removed. Since I have had it 2 weeks, I have cooked tempura shrimp, french fries, bacon, chicken beast, baked potatoes, and roast veggies in addition to using it as a cooling rack. There's no better way to do it. At first, I didn't believe it would make much difference, so I bought it as a second cooling rack as my other one kept disintegrating through the slats. As a result of a prior review, I tried it for cooking and the air circulates better than my air fryer, which requires a lot of flipping and turning halfway through! Due to its nonstick nature, it is super easy to clean. I use a nylon dish brush and my sink sprayer to do so. As well as being easy to store, it is also lightweight. A $15 investment is totally worth it.
