I am amazed. This is a beautiful set of pans, and I'm excited to replace my old tarnished avolon ones with them. I warped one of the pans after a pop happened at 400F after only a few minutes. Despite all the hype, it turned out to be disappointing.

Other reviewers have reported warping issues, but I have not encountered them. The problem is that it's nearly impossible to In the microcosm Oils and grease will pool and bake in grooves, allowing them to spill into channels, all while fitting snuggly into grooves that can only be cleaned by rubbing one groove along with a rag or brush simultaneously. So you have to clean the pan literally one square inch at a time. As for anyone who already has this, what I do now is to just place a silicone baking mat inside. Cleanup is very easy with this product, which is of good quality. But yes, as other people have pointed out, the pan is definitely warped. As soon as I used it for the first time, I heated it to 400 degrees When I removed the pan from the oven at 450, it was warped and had made a loud noise when it was in the oven. It returned to its original shape after being hand washed a number of times. To evaluate the performance of the product, I will try it again at a lower temperature (350) I will send back the item if it warps.

We are so happy with the results. My first thought was that it wouldn't make a difference and that I was buying it as a second cooling rack because my cookies kept disintegrating through the slats of my first cooling rack. I tried how it worked by flipping it and turning it halfway through, but it worked much better than my air fryer since it circulates the air significantly better than mine! It's super easy to keep clean since it's nonstick, I just use my sink sprayer and a nylon dish brush. Furthermore, you can store it easily. I totally recommend spending $15 on this.
