Mild steel is chrome plated for a low price. Due to their corrosion and degradation, and later the thin chrome plate will start to flake off, food will be ruined. When I need chromium in my diet, I will supplement my diet with chromium supplements. I have returned.

Stainless steel is not suitable for this application. During the first hand wash, rust appeared on the hands. A chrome plating appears to have been applied. It is most likely to start rusting at wear joints where the plating is weakest. * Normally, stainless would not be so shiny at the tips of the wire, but the one in this picture looks perfect.

Having soggy wings was driving me and my boyfriend crazy and we thought it would be better to use these racks to raise them. In both racks, thick wire is used and they I used them for the wings and they worked great. They never quite fit a regular cookie or baking sheet, so I only gave them four stars. In terms of length, they fit well, but our pan was too narrow and they didn't fit flat on the ground. They worked just fine with one side in the pan and the other on the lip of the pan, but I think they would also work fine without the lip. The edges are very easy to clean as well. This is definitely worth checking out.

While I have a number of expensive roasting pans, I have recently been using disposable aluminum foil pans that are perfect for me at my age. I don't want to deal with cleaning the grease out of those big pans after baking all afternoon.

No matter how much brushing you do, it still isn't easy to clean. It didn't matter whether I sprayed them with non-stick spray or not, some chicken wings stuck. Despite soaking overnight and detailed brushing, they still had to be scrubbed thoroughly. I also had to rest one end on the lip of the pan because they did not fit in the standard size You may want to keep them for cooling only , just.
